Went for blood test early February, 2024. They did not send the results to the doctor. I only found out from the Dr's office a month later. There is no way of reaching a live person either by phone or in their office. The only way to reach a live person is through an appt. For a blood test. Lousy Service! Do not use them. I would give them no stars but you have to give at least one

They are perfectly happy over scheduling their time slots and making patients (customers) wait and waste their time, while the under staffed employees get the wrath of pissed off patients. Wildly inefficient process. Why did I set an appointment? Why am I doing all their paperwork online, only to have to give it to them all the sane information again when i get here?

Very poor experience on multiple occasions. They are very poorly run, couldn’t care less for their patients and a consistently having some sort of problem. They seem to care little for others’ schedules, generally rude and most often condescending. It is an epidemic in our medical system - “you need me, so therefore, I can treat you like dirt.” Probably a reflection of how insurance and big pharma treat them. Very disappointing!

I was a little apprehensive because of bad reviews online but I had a great experience staff was professional and very friendly my only thing was the automated phone system and you can't speak to anyone directly.

Waited for 30 minutes after my appointment time just for someone to tell me their "system is down". Unhelpful and uninterested staff.

I went in for a routine drug test and felt quite rushed andwas asked personal questions by the phlebotomist.I felt she was quite invasive.

I just had an appointment at Quest diagnostics and Barbara who was alone did a remarkable job getting me in and out no problem she was amazing work by herself very understaffed she needs help management should step up

Book your appointment in Norwood or another neighboring town. You cannot contact Quest in Foxboro and it’ll make your appointment more stressful than it has to be.

Wow what a horrible automated voice system. I tried multiple times to schedule an appointment and it was completely incompetent and unable to help me whatsoever. It even hung up on me after repeatedly not understanding.Edit: the actual experience at the Quest Diagnostics center was great, the tech. was friendly and helpful, process was easy. the automated schedule system is still flawed

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for over a week with no success. I have tried numerous times to speak with a representative but apparently no one answers phones. There isn’t even an option to wait for someone to speak with, and the phone hangs up automatically. The automated system is extremely unhelpful and the website doesn’t allow me to “select a location” when attempting to schedule an appointment.

Today I had the pleasure of having Michelle take care of my blood draw needs. The last several months I have been a pin cushion because of frequent blood work so my veins are not always cooperative. Michelle was outstanding with her blood draw having “hands of an angel” along with being personable, professional, polite and understanding of my request and concerns. Excellent job and I highly recommend her! Thank you ever so much again!
