Went to this store about a half hour before closing with intentions to be fast, and the ladies there had already locked the doors and were just leaning on shoe shelves chatting. Super annoyed!

Exchange policy is ridiculous! Bought granddaughter a pair of sneakers on Saturday she wore them once on Wednesday the outer material was scuffed off. Tried to return this defective product but because she wore them once they couldn’t be exchanged. Buyer Beware!!!

I went there to buy sneakers for my kids, good selection for shoes however most sizes are always missing and the bathrooms are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING that’s a shame. Nastiest place ever ! When I go in a store to buy shoes for 3 kids so obviously I had to be there for at least one hour I was expecting the bathrooms to be cleaner.

I like a good deal and selection but I also like good customer service. The manager (Shainin) has no idea how retail works. He’s rude, unhelpful and told me he doesn’t care about the sales because there is “plenty of other things going on there”. When I realized maybe he was misinterpreting my statement and comment I tried to apologize. Nope he wasn’t hearing it. Wouldn’t even let me get a full sentence out. Continued to be demeaning. When I asked for his name and his boss he showed me his name tag and told me to make sure I spell it right and that he didn’t have a boss.They have a good selection. Not a lot of clearance items but with 3 kids I love the normalish BOGO deal.I only started going her because the Famous Footwear in Westwood closed.

So what time do you really close? Website, Google AND the sign in the door all say 9:00 pm on weeknights. However, I got here at 8 to see the lights get turned off and the doors locked. Called the store, was told all of those listings are wrong and that they close at 8 and was then HUNG UP ON. Went to my car, watched the manager come out, look at the hours sign and say Ohhh. And then just close the door and walk away. Bad service.

A large variety of shoes for everyone. Decent prices that are affordable especially when you have more than 2 kids! Helpful and nice staff. Super organized.

There’s a huge variety of shoes, but everything is highly over priced. They do not carry many size 11 shoes, I understand I have large feet, but all the other shoe retailers carry my size.
