“Went in on a Saturday. Mercedes helped me. She was incredibly patient. I was there with my distracted 13 yr old nephew and my technically challenged mom. We needed to replace both their phones. “I was in there this past Friday due to my phone not working. Apparently 2 sales associates had called out sick that day and Ryan, the manager, was putting out fires when I walked in the door at exactly 10 am. I had to wait for a few other customers till It was my turn. I watched numerous people flustered and angry giving the manager Ryan a hard time. He kept his cool and helped these people to the best of his ability and went above and beyond for them despite their poor, angry attitudes and somewhat rudeness. Will 100% go back. Thank you Ryan!”
“Im going Yelp on this......after having terrible experiences at the Noth Smithfield store I took a gamble on trying to get help at the North Attleboro location. Glad I did. Was trying to get tech help on the Verizon 800 number switching phones...Matt was a savior, very decent and helpful. Matt from the North Attleboro store was clutch helping my issue, and I tried to find a corporate phone number to Verizon to send praise but could not so I'm Yelping to let you know this was my most positive customer service experience with Verizon going on 15 years as a customer and I wish there was a way to report POSITIVE feedback.
