We are so thankful to Julia and Paula, the staff here today, for helping us out of a tough spot and going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and make us feel welcome here! Gorgeous hotel too, highly recommend!

Hotel is clean, quiet and the room very nice. So why the three stars? Two reasons -- one there is very little parking at the hotel. Given how busy Patriot Place is we had to park about 100 yards away. Been real nice if we'd been told that.Two there is a breakfast but it is god awful expensive for a basic continental breakfast. You would think you were having breakfast at the Waldorf Astoria.

Don't book here. Horrible front desk. Horrible manager. Belittling and rude. We came down with COVID the morning of our trip that was booked last minute they said we can either come in even tho we are COVID positive or we have to pay the cancellation fee. They lied and said the hotel was booked but it was not. They said they didn't care and they have no COVID protocols. Harassing attitude. Just overall horrible people. Don't spend your money here. There's no way the manager gets paid that much to be a wench. Thankfully my bank took care of it. I hope these people get serious karma at how horrible they are to people. Manage should be firedPeople with COVID are allowed to stay here!!! If you have health issues it's not safe to book here

We will never stay at Hilton ever again, we were treated with disrespect and profiled at to People that were going to eat at their restaurant and run off before paying the bill. The noise out side of our room didn't let us sleep for 2 day. Spoke to the GM and all we got was a sorry. so if all I get is a sorry, I'll be posting this review on as many review sites as possible.
