I have to say the place was very clean, the service was excellent, Pamela at the front desk was an angel very nice person. Breakfast was great and the pool was clean and warm. Definitely repeat when I go to that area.

We have a nice experience from minute one until we leave!!! We had an easy, fast, and funny check in. They treated my children as important as they are. The service was exceptional. The personal are very friendly, and they take care of you on any situation. The rooms are clean and big and have all what you need for work, study or entertainment. My kids had a lot of fun at the pool. They also have a gym. Finally, they have breakfast included.Rooms: Very clean, comfortable beds, big TV and very spacious.

This hotel is always a great stay! The rooms are great, the free breakfast is fantastic, and the service is second to none. Paul, at the front desk is the best. He’s always ready to help with anything needed, and goes above and beyond on making sure each guest feels welcome. Hampton inn is blessed to have him representing their hotel and brand!

Outstanding place to stay. Only thing I could think of is either a suana or jacuzzi but that's little not enough to take away stars.

What a great hotel. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was very good and well stocked. The front desk staff are super friendly and really seem to enjoy their job. Highest marks for this Hampton.

Great hotel with amazingly friendly staff. Amenities and everything at the hotel were clean and great. The breakfast was fresh. Front desk staff were very helpful. Located at a great spot around restaurants and other stores.

Very clean, modern appearance, staff are very friendly and meticulous, breakfast was the best I’ve seen at any Hotel to date. Elevators, spacious pool, convenient location. Grocery store close by. Fantastic! Happy to spend 5 days here on a service call.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years for pleasure and business and although this isn't the newest hotel that has all the amenities you may want, the staff at Hampton Inn & Suite Foxborough/ Mansfield are some of the best people I have had the pleasure in meeting. From the front desk, to the maintenance and cleaning staff, everyone is absolutely fantastic. If you want place where everyone care about your stay and enjoy some wonderful people, this is where you should stay in my opinion. I can't thank the staff enough for the service they gave me and my pup.

The room was very clean and the beds were soo comfortable. The manager of the breakfast downstairs is great. He was personable and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean and roomy. I would stay here again 10/10 times. Mach that worked the front desk was awesome!! In a world where customer service isn’t what it used to be it is alive and well when Mach is at the desk.

This is a great hotel and front desk staff couldn't have been more accommodating. HOWEVER housekeeping staff REPEATEDLY opened the door while knocking (with not even a chance to respond) Disregarding the fact that we had a do not disturb sign on the door, waking us up. This started at 8:30 am which was especially problematic considering we (like most of their guests) didn't get back from the game until 2am... I repeatedly yelled, the do not disturb sign is on the door! And yet they still kept coming in the room every half hour to 45 mins! Please train your staff to obey dnd signs and to at least knock and wait a minute before entering the room!Otherwise location was wonderful, pool was clean but a bit chilly. The privately owned shuttle service was overpriced and disorganized (this did not reflect my review just a warning) If you have kids with you or don't want to be there 3 hrs after the game then leave early to be sure you're on the 1st shuttle.Nearby activities: Gillette stadiumFood & drinks: restaurants within the plazaNoteworthy details: Housekeeping repeatedly barges in the room in morning while they're knocking with no chance to answer, even if you have a do not disturb sign!

Stayed here for a month with my boyfriend after some internet problems at a nearby hotel forced us to promptly relocate. The sales department was incredibly accommodating and found a way to get us into a room even during their peak season. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable which made for an enjoyable trip. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff, particularly the night crew. Even more specifically, Mach, who was one of the most personable and helpful hotel staff we’ve ever seen (and we’ve stayed in A LOT of hotels). Mach provided us with everything from extra chairs and towels to re-tracking the shower door. He truly went above and beyond and made it worth staying here again in the future. We will definitely be coming back again!

This hotel is freaking awesome! The people are what makes it so amazing! I’m from SC, and they get what hospitality means. Every single person has been extremely attentive to us and our fur babies! The rooms are super clean, room for them to play, plenty of places to walk them, plenty of places to eat right by! Beyond impressed and all my southerners, this is where you want to stay up here. They soooo get us! We come every year, and this is where we will be staying from here on out, shared with the hubs coworkers, and one couple moved over here today from another property. Highly recommend Mansfield Hampton inn. Outstanding service.
