The windshield on Honda Accord had to be replaced because of the crack. Customer service at Auto Glass Fitters was friendly, the job was done at the place of work within the scheduled time frame. Communication with the representatives and the installer was efficient. They also arranged for the payment from the insurance company. Great service!

Autoglass Fitters Foxboro rated A+++ AUTOGLASS FITTERS out of Foxboro scheduled me for two days after I called, and their technician called me 30 minutes before arrival. He was polite and professional and obviously knowledgeable and he went above and beyond because the regulator in the door had also been affected when the window broke, but he was able to put the extra effort in and he did fix it, and in well under an hour. (see my separate review for Safelight Attleboro on how many different ways Safelight can screw up on a routine glass replacement for a new car. Rated SAFELIGHT F-.)

It's a Miracle! My windshield actually was replaced today! It only took Six Weeks!! I don't want to hear about supply chain issues due to Covid!! I have been dealing and working with Covid for over Two Years as a Frontline Healthcare Worker! I Have Done My Job!! Now other businesses need to do theirs!!!

Tech was friendly & professional. Had my windshield swapped in about 30min. He even removed and replaced my phone holder and transponder. He was done so fast he called to say he was done, I said TY and walked out to give him a tip and he was gone. He did a great job I feel bad he took off so fast.

Keith N. was the tech and he was very nice & polite. He explained everything well and I was very impressed with him. I would recommend Glass America and him to everyone.
