I took out a no Mass Save No interest Energy loan to update my Furnace and A/C System. I had my mortgage through them so I took out the no interest Mass Save Energy loan -no interest for 84 months. When I went to pick up the check they told me they needed 3 hours notice as they didn't do any of the paperwork yet. When I picked up the check I noticed that they only gave me 60 month loan. What a rip-off. My contractor was arriving in 3 days so I didn't want to start over with a new bank. I told my contractor NOT to recommend them anymore. They were shocked and never hear of a bank only giving 5 years when the program is for 7. Foxboro Federal said they tell people that up front but they did not. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. They also promised to get back to me on another issue / never heard back. No surprise- I have zero confidence in their staff. They seem incompetent. Go elsewhere.

I find this bank exceptional in terms of customer service. It is very personal. I have been a customer for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Been a member with this bank 41 yrs. Yes 41 yrs. I was the victim of a scam causing a bad check to go through. I went to the bank the next day i found out on my own and through my own honesty. The woman told me I could pay back the money ASAP. Instead they went ahead and withdrew the whole amount of the fraudulent check from my checking account without letting me know causing several checks of mine to bounce. They did not keep to their word and wait for a long term customer to do the right thing Cost me $215 in overdraft fees on top of fees charged by my creditors because their overdraft did not cover all the checks but they still charged me $35 overdraft fee even though they didn`t cover the checks. They would not even consider forgiving any of the overdraft fees.. So I closed my account. Extremely disappointed!! Goes to show you loyalty does NOT pay off!
