As a contractor I have used many companies for dumpsters and usually it is a very straight forward thing. NOT WITH THESE GUYS.They dropped off a 30 yard dumpster diagonally on my customers parking lot DIAGONALLY and not on the lawn like I had mentioned to the dispatcher. They also did not call when they got to the location like a had requested to make sure the dumpster goes on the right location.I immediately called to have it relocated and the first thing they mentioned to me was that there was going to be a fee to have it relocated. ???? Then they made me play the waiting game until 5pm when they closed and left me with this dumpster on my customers lot over the weekend. She had to cancel an event because now there wasn’t any parking for guests.I had requested that it be removed first thing Monday morning. It’s now Monday night and of course the dumpster is still there. I’m very disappointed and my customer is spitting fire.

When they pick up they're great. You be the judge, since my service started in Plympton this year, they have been a no show five documented times. I sent emails each time. If you have the time and patience to email, call, leave messages that's the service you get.update, they showed up a few weeks without incident, except for the fact that they are NOT recycling, but putting it all in one truck...Tuesday 10/8 recycling didn't get picked up again, because I put it out after the first truck came by and no second truck ever appeared.Update: the price recently increased due to higher costs of recycling, yet every week the same truck picks up my trash and recycling...I think I read an article about this a while back.

I had bulk pickup that was cardboard. They never told I need to break it down. I explain to them that I am breaking all the box and put it in box. The lady that I spoke to said that is fine. Well that is not correct. The driver took a picture and said the cardboard needs to be smaller pieces and must fit in the recycling bin. Nobody told me about this. I asked about bulk pickup policy. There's not policy and that we decide what want to pickup. Very rude and they will hang up on you

We sold our house and cancelled our trash pickup. We called Dooley four times over a one month period to get them to take away their trash barrels. They still have not removed them despite repeated promises and the closing is this week. The buyers can delay the sale if we have not met the terms of the P&S agreement. They were aware of that so their behavior is irresponsible and we now need to hire a junk pick up company to pick up their barrels and cart them away at our expense.

Horrible service, didn’t show up for a full week on several occasions. I kept calling office and they said they would come day after day but just let our trash sit until the following week when they felt like coming back. The office consistently said they would call back and never did. Go with your town serviceService: Junk removal

Terrible service. Didn’t pick up trash on pickup day then promised 4 different times to come get it. Eight days and swarms of maggots later Never did. Finally cancelled service. Awful.

Awful service my trash was not picked up on schedule day for a miscommunication on employees part , paid bill and asked to be put on automatic payment, was acceptable time 15 + minutes assured I was .However call and wait another 20 minutes and Jerry who assured me the trash would be picked up today the latest and manager approved NEVER HAPPENED. Called and Jerry gave the run around HORRIBLE SERVICE will notify BBBService: House & garage cleanouts

If I could give these guys a negative 5 stars I would. Called and set up my account and was told that they would be there for the first pick up on Friday. They never showed up. Called again and was told "oh we are sorry it looks like it got entered into the system for next Friday as the first pick up date." Next Friday comes and goes and still no pick up. Try calling the number listed on the bins and it appears that they are owned by WinWaste Innovations. Sit on hold for 30 min and finally give up. I go on their website and am able to "chat" with a customer service rep. As an annoyed new customer I ask for a month free to cover the burden of continued missed pick ups and I'm told the best they can do is a $20 discount. Long story short ill be going elsewhere. I'm usually a very easy person to please and this is the first review I've ever done in my life because usually I just don't care enough to waste my time. These people suck.

I used them as a trash pickup service until their contract was bought out by another company (in all fairness their service was good). Unfortunately, once they lost the contract they left unsightly trash bins all over town and didn't collect them, no matter how many times we called. Way to dispose of stuff, Dooley

We had used Dooley's for about 3 years. On and off we'd have a missed trash pickup/trash on our road and driveway. To which we would call and someone would come the next day. No big deal. This happened a few times a year. I work from home so I see when they would pickup. More often than not our barrels would be in the street or tipped over with the lids wide open for rain and or snow. The most recent episode which ended in us terminating our services was appalling. The person on the back of the trash truck pulled out barrels to the back like usual. It appeared he struggled to lift it on to the truck and I could see his frustration. What I didn't expect to see was the man then aggressively and angrily THROW our barrels into our driveway. They were on their sides in the middle of our driveway. Imagine if I wasnt there to see it in person??! I ran out my front door waving them down but they couldn't hear me by the time they got to the end of our street. So we called 2 times for them to cancel our service and was told we'd hear back from a manager. Never did. Emailed them, never heard back. Finally after 2 weeks we heard back from a manager who could have cared less about our situation. For a company that charges as much as they do you'd think they'd have their acts together. Completely unprofessional from the office too. They started off great but as the years went by we have been utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. We used to leave a christmas tip for the driver and guy in the back every single year. We have since switched to a company that got great reviews. If you're considering dooleys I'd say keep looking. Awful. Awful company and employees.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Dooley was most recently bought out by another service and it has gone to trash..... no pun intended. They didn't notify of change in service and argued that they did.. no email, no letter, nothing. I've had several missed pickups and been told too bad. Extremely unprofessional and not the same service I bought into years ago. Don't waste your time or money!
