Took my 2 year old pontoon , that we bought there, in for an engine problem that should have been warranty work. Charged me $158 and suggested a water test for an additional $230. When they couldn't replicate the issue, I told them of a known trim pin set screw problem. They replaced screw and billed me for the work. Had to write a letter to the manager to get my $158 refunded, which they did do. Never had them water test.
Choose another marina to have your boat worked on. BP doesn't have the expertise,manpower, or facilties to properly fix your boat.
We use Hazard Marine in Webster. They are awesome!!!

Bass Pro is always part of the gearing-up process for my annual trip to Moosehead Lake. This year, my trailer needed some TLC prior to the long drive North so I grabbed (2) new wheels and an LED trailer light kit. Both sets installed easily, the boat trailer is now safe, and I can turn my attention to fishing!

Went there to get some BB pellets for rabbit control - hadn't been there in years. Pretty impressive. Went downstairs at first and they told me it was upstairs in hunting. I asked a guy behind the counter and he pointed to the area & said they might not have any stock left because of Father's day. Would have been nice if he showed me what they had -he seemed a bit lazy. I guess I wasn't a priority because I wasn't buying an expensive rifle even though they weren't busy. Went to the front register to pay for it didn't want to bother him. I guess that's why I haven't been there in a long time - because of Mass laws I couldn't get them on line.

Shop is amazing. Server on shoes was hopeless tried to tell us what size to get even though we'd bought the boots before and knew .... ended up getting them from website 50$ cheaper
