The most useless bank - it opens at 10:00 and closes at 4:00. Saturdays closed. VERY INCONVENIENT.

Lady that works there is very unhelpful and rude. She wouldn't cash my check because she said she couldn't "verify" something on the check. Then wouldn't tell me what that was so I could have it fixed. Then told me to deposit it at my own bank? I wanted to cash the check, not deposit it. She was very miserable and this bank is the worst in Foxborough. Nickel and dimes you with all sorts of fees and makes everything hard every step of the way. Never bank with them.

Service at BOA not great to begin with and now this and other near by branch \\\"temporary\\\" closed since 3/2020? I mean hire more people to provide the services that customers deserve. You go for bank check at sharon and I was told \\\" printer is broken!!\\\" Can you believe that? One in brockton, you have to wait in line outside because branch is small and only one person working? I am going to change my bank for sure.
