Only had 3 changing rooms. Removed 2 in order to set up a place where you can get filler and Botox. I would do this at a medical facility. This gym is dated and filthy. This doesn't make any sense.

I'm here at least 5 days a week early morning but when I walk into the bathroom and see clouds of smoke and a heavy smell of weed it makes me wanna cancel my membership that's just out of hand and for someone who can't smoke or be around that stuff for work reasons that pisses me off

This men is a mean and was very aggressive. No one should go there he isn’t nice at all. Nothing clean at all the equipment was dirty.

In the last 2 years I have lost a considerable amount of weight and one of the life altering changes I made to obtain good health and a strong physical and mental state was a commitment to eat right and exercise, which includes strength training, regularly. Jeff and Dan have really helped me realize my potential. Their kindness and guidance has been a key to my success! Thank you guys!

No one wipes down equipment every day I see people get off equipment all sweaty and leave it how it is it doesn’t take much to wipe down your equipment with the provided paper towels and spray. They should have signs that say wipe down equipment. Sweaty or not it’s common courtesy to keep people happy and healthy.

Gym is the cleanest I've ever been too. Family owned makes you truly feel welcomed. Jeff and Dan are always ready to help and super nice. Lively gym makes for a sun everyday experience. Watch out they will continue to bill you at end of your 1 year contract apparently it is in the small print and you need to go in person...I've been relocated for job and thought the auto withdrawal would stop

The new facility is great - the other gym-goers, not so much. I would go early in the morning and even with only 3 people in the weight section, all the machines would be "taken" by people doing circuit training. Unsurprisingly, they were also rude and not amenable to working in... There's no staff on until 8AM so it makes sense why they act so entitled.

I’ve looked at other gyms - just used to this one. This gym is older than others in the area yet has four squat racks, all the other machines and equipment and even has a sauna.Only drawback is: if there’s a concert or the pats are playing- you are NOT getting in here…unless you go at 4am that morning.

Attleboro closes. My membership is force transferred to Foxboro location 40 min from my house. I call to cancel and I’m told I have to come into the location to cancel and there would be no cancellation fee. I finally work in time to get there to cancel, all the while getting charged for a gun I don’t use. I still get charged for the next month even after I cancel and I get charged a cancellation fee. Bad business. Anyone else experience this?

Probably the worst run gym known to man. Horrible services. Not only does it suck, but trying to cancel your membership is made absolutely impossible. Moved out of state and no one has answered the phone in months. When I finally got in touch, they said I have to come in and get a cancellation form because they don't accept cancellations electronically or verbally... which i am unable to do. I've seen many people complain about this since. Absolutely ridiculous how I've funded this place hundreds for this type of service. Seem to really care!

staff are repeatedly rude. my membership is in my mom's name because I don't have an ID, they refused to let me in because it's not under my name specifically even though the membership also includes guest privileges? it doesn't make sense. this only became an issue this week.

Don’t go here. I wouldn’t even give them a one star. They say your getting charged one thing and then charge you almost double. They give you the hardest time trying to cancel your membership and stay taking money from you!
