Customer service is absolutely horrible. Went in to get a membership and the woman behind the counter wasn’t helpful at all

Only had 3 changing rooms. Removed 2 in order to set up a place where you can get filler and Botox. I would do this at a medical facility. This gym is dated and filthy. This doesn't make any sense.

I'm here at least 5 days a week early morning but when I walk into the bathroom and see clouds of smoke and a heavy smell of weed it makes me wanna cancel my membership that's just out of hand and for someone who can't smoke or be around that stuff for work reasons that pisses me off
