Valley Medical Group is praised for its excellent and exceptional care, with patients expressing love for the staff and the amazing medical services provided. The receptionist is highlighted as a wonderful person who takes time to help and answer questions. Dr. Simkin is recognized for being a caring and professional doctor, and his upcoming retirement will be greatly missed by long-time patients. Patients are very pleased with the care they receive from the medical staff, including the compassionate and intelligent primary care physician. The practice is currently in the process of replacing retiring or leaving physicians, which can make it challenging to get appointments, but patients are grateful to be able to see other practitioners if their regular doctor is not available. The staff, including the medical assistants, are described as friendly, responsive, and helpful in addressing patients' health needs.
