Visiting from Vegas. Rented 4 eBikes for the family. We biked for over 5hrs, using one of the most serene biking trails we could find. Using Greenway, we went from the Quadrini Bike Shop past Amherst to Bechertown. Saw baby cows, ponds, acres of farm land, and the most beautiful countryside views anyone could ask for.

I'm so glad we found Quadrini Electric Bicycles! My wife and I rented some electric bicycles so that we could ride from Northampton to Amherst. Bob and his staff couldn't have been more helpful. They have a variety of different high quality bikes, helmets, locks, and even a bike bag so we didn't need our backpack. They are located right on the bike trail, which is super convenient. We rode from Northampton to Amherst for lunch and made a few stops along the way. The trails are great by the way. It was a 90 degree day, so having pedal assist was not only fun, but a much needed break. This means riders of all skill/fitness levels can enjoy the trails. If you're in the market for an electric bike or simply want to try one, you have to try Quadrini Electric Bicycles.

My wife and I have bought three bicycles from them their product support has been outstanding we are now snowbirding in Florida I called with a problem first call I got a real person and then got a call back from the owner saying he was sending me a part to put in can't say enough good things about this company

I was able to rent an Ebike for a couple hours to try it out. The bike I rented was a well made mid drive model. I was impressed with the power of the 250W assist motor. The controls were super easy. I liked the step through frame. I rode about 20 miles and had some charge left. The staff was kind and helpful.

Very friendly and knew their stuff. We had never been on an e-bike and wanted to "try them out". Very low hourly rental rate, no strings, super helpful explanation of the controls and tips. Had a blast! Right on the bike path too!

Brilliant Quality, the bike has no issues after 1 year of full usage. The battery is brilliant. But what impressed me most was the non hesitation of replying to all my emails with step by step solutions to my problems, again it is appreciated very much thanks alot.

My wife and I purchased two MiniMax Electric Folding Bikes this summer. I'm an ex bike mechanic so know what to look for in a good bike. We needed folding bikes because we have small cars and our regular bike racks are not strong enough to hold electric bikes. With the MiniMax, we're able to carry two bikes easily in our Toyota Corolla and don't have to worry about them falling off or getting stolen. They also fit into a very small space for storage. The build quality is superb. I was worried that twenty inch wheels might not ride well or feel safe riding on streets. Not true. With the strong frame build and the cast aluminum wheels the ride is very solid, stable and safe. The wheels stay true and hold up perfectly to the motor torque and there are no spokes to loosen up requiring truing. The Tektro hydraulic disk brakes are perfectly smooth and powerful. The huge battery reliably provides up to fifty miles of range and we've never come close to running out of power. The battery is also removable and easy to store or charge. Full charging time takes about five hours though an hour charge is enough to give about a ten mile range. Really, having this bike is like never having to worry about hills again. And the best part is, I was worried we would get less of a work out with electric bikes but actually, the opposite is true. These bikes are so fun to ride, we go twice as far and get easily as much exercise or more than before.

My son rented a bike there today. The staff were very helpful, explaining all the controls and adjusting the bike. He loved the e-bike, making for a great afternoon family trip. The bike path to Hadley and Amherst is right behind their building.

My husband and I were up visit our college daughter for the weekend and used Quadrini Electric Bicycles to rent ebikes for the day. We had such a blast! They were friendly, the customer service was excellent, bike were top-rate! We highly recommend them, will definitely be using them again the next time we visit.

I began looking for an e bike about three months ago. Did lots of research, talked with friends who own them, and then started making phone calls. By far, the best response and personal service was at Quadrini in Florence, MA. I worked with an extraordinarily patient and knowledgeable employee, Paris, who answered my gazillion questions. I left that visit with the promise to return. In two days, I brought my husband in with me so he could help me decide between two bikes that I was looking at. After testing both on the bike path behind the store, I felt much safer and more secure on the mini max. Paris did everything he could to help with the height and bend of the handlebars, with a new seat, and with other tweaks that needed to be done. Since I am a “woman of a certain age“, I wanted a bike that would make sure that my knees stay strong. This bike is it! If you’re looking for an excellent product backed up by excellent service, then this is definitely the place to go! I also spoke on the phone with Bob, the owner, and he underscored my reasons for.choosing his store!

I absolutely love my bike. I ride it every chance I get. I mostly ride for commuting and my Quadrini is perfect for that. And the store in Florence is great. They are really helpful and even pumped up my tires! I highly recommend the bike and the store.

I just bought a gently used MiniMax from Quadrini USA (in Northhampton MA). I interacted with Bob Nuttelman and Bill Martin. Both answered all my questions patiently. The brought the bike to me in Southeastern MA. When the first unit had an issue with the wiring to the front light, they replaced the entire bike with another unit that had no problems, within 3 days (Sat to Tue)!!! Outstanding customer service. Truly a great experience.
