This is review is a shoutout to the pharmacy because they always do a good job. Yes, everyone makes mistakes. But they have never done anything wild that couldn't be fixed with a simple conversation. They are always going above and beyond to try and help me and my aunt.

I turned in my disposable camera to get film developed on July 6th. After a full 8 days I came in to make sure they didn’t lose them (they have before). I was told they hadn’t came in. I called on July 21st and still nothing. I called on July 22nd and I was told they finally found my pictures.. the women I called and spoke to were very polite and professional, I gave them the same respect. However it’s inexcusable to somehow lose/misplace or not file the pictures. There has to be a better system and I blame management for this not the employees. Do better. I will no longer be taking film here anymore.

I have a membership with Walgreens for over seven years. I barely use the coupons. I went earlier today to buy cleaning products. I gave my coupon that wasn’t expired to the clerk. She claimed to scan it but it didn’t showed on the receipt. It’s the third time she has done it. The clerks don’t get to dictate what he can put into our accounts

Very troubled that the young man working the cash register who obviously had cold symptoms, was not masked and was blowing his nose into his limp tissue, without sanitizing his hands before he touched each of the items that I was purchasing. I’d think that a pharmacy that serves people who may have compromised immunity does not require an employee with obvious symptoms to wear a mask, or stay home.

first time at this walgreens and totally impressed by how friendly and helpful all the workers were. they must have changed managers since all the bad reviews. i went to this location to pick up photos. the photos were found quick. i went the next day for more and they came out really nice. i used true digital or something. Joyce helped me on the photo computer because i was trying to get labels and online it said three days. i was amazed how she multitasks so many customers and was always as helpful as could be. She tried to help with the labels for over half an hour even going to the trouble of starting over on her computer. it didnt work because its a new service so they dont do them in store. but it wasn’t for lack of trying to help me!

Every single time I do a photo order with Walgreens it is SUCH A PRODUCTION to pick up. I ordered multiple items in March with different ETAs, one thing could not be located. Came back again in April, they still couldn’t locate it. Despite better judgement, used them again for an order of pictures two days ago. I was handed something much smaller than what I ordered and was told it was mine......because it was my order from March. Got into a back and forth with associate where I was trying to explain that she couldn’t know what I was looking for in my new order because she was looking for the wrong size item and she couldn’t understand that and got super defensive. So awkward!They did offer me a discount for the inconvenience and I was offered to speak to the manager but they’re obviously just under staffed and poorly trained. Giving me a few dollars off or me complaining to a manager doesn’t fix anything. Adequately train your employees, please! Wouldn’t recommend going there unless you love the ambiance of a pharmacy because you’ll have plenty of time to soak it in as there are always ridiculous lines.

Went into Walgreens to drop off a package for UPS. Wayne at the front counter informed me they only accepted FedEx. While I was shopping for other things, Wayne actually found the name, address, and phone number of the nearest UPS store. Talk about going above and beyond...and completely unexpected. He also rang me up with quick, friendly service. This is someone who takes pride in his job.

Today I went to drive thru to pick up prescription and I had the pleasure of being greeted by Sadie she is so professional and courteous...she recognized a price increase on one medication and took the time to ask the pharmacist about the increase...very happy to use Walgreens...cvs was my pharmacy for years and I appreciate the efficient way Sadie represents Walgreens

If I can help it, I will never go into this Walgreens again. The amount of disrespect from the staff has left me in tears. For 2 weeks now I have been trying to send a package. I was told rudly that I had to go to fed ex and do it online, but I had no guidance so I had to leave and figure out how to create a tag myself. After spending over an hour creating the tag, I was told they could print it out and send it for me at Walgreens. Well I went back once I had my fed ex label ready, but was ignored at first and then when someone did come to help me they didn't ask me if they could help me, they just looked at me waiting for me to speak. Then persisted to tell me their printer hasn't worked in weeks and didn't care to help me at all. I am all set with this place. It should not be this hard, nor should I be disregarded so quickly, when trying to send a package.

Always courteous and kind. I’ve moved and will need to switch Phamacy’s but I’m not happy about it because all of the workers here know our names and scripts without us even having to say anything. They are always helpful with the over the counter med questions too. We’re very pleased with this pharmacy. The store has everything needed as well. Highly recommend.
