I had a concern with my orange doofus here where he had a lump on his neck (ended up being a HUGE tick) and the other vets in the area denied seeing him but, Leominster Animal Hospital was willing to see him right away without an account setup there! Dr. Robert C. Feccia was awesome and so were all the tech who were all so kind! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Please take your pets here!”

“Our experience with sterling animal shelter has been nothing short of incredible. I live an hour and 10 minutes away from the shelter but this facility was SO fast and on top of answering my voicemail and email about getting my dog spayed. They seriously were so kind , caring, informative, and over all helpful. They were able to get my doggy in the NEXT day of me reaching out to them because of the urgent situation we were dealing with. They made it so easy and I feel secure knowing my dog is healing up wonderfully and we will refer to this facility to many others and in the future . Thank you to all the staff and for everything you all do for our 4 legged babies . This is the easiest process I’ve ever dealt with and they made a stressful situation a whole lot easier on top of a hard time so much better. “There just isn't a better or more caring veterinary practice than Townsend Veterinary Hospital. We've been usng Dr. BJ Meunier since 1997 at his first location (the Era of our Greyhound rescues!) and there is no one else I'd trust as much as this team for the health of any of our fur family members. We have six small dogs now, who all enjoy the dedicated care of Townsend Veterinary Hospital.

“One of our rescue puppies was bitten by an older dog when things got too rough. Since this was a weekend our regular vet office was closed. The puppy's face got very swollen and bloody. We needed an emergency vet visit. Wachusett Animal Hospital had great reviews so we called for an appointment. They very kindly squeezed us in and we were the last visit of the night. The staff were so friendly on the phone and in person. The cost of the visit and treatment on a weekend was more than reasonable. It was a nice surprise! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I'd recommend them to family/friends etc. We're very grateful for the great care they gave our pup. Thankfully, he's made a full recovery.”

They’re so friendly the doctors explain everything in detail I love that and the insurance plans are a reasonable price.
