I would highly recommend Tom’s automotive. A few weeks back my radiator blew so I had my vehicle towed to Tom’s. I had them put in a new thermostat as that needed to be replaced as well. I got my car back and drove all the way to work again and it overheated again. I called and talked to Mike and he had Aldrich come all the way to Andover to pick up my vehicle and paid for the tow and everything. Turns out the (brand new) thermostat was junk if you can believe it. Tom’s was amazing and stood by their workmanship which was not their fault… couldn’t believe it and would highly recommend them. I truly hope they got compensated by the manufacturers warranty on the junk thermostat as it was not Tom’s fault whatsoever.

Second time I brought my car in and Mike and James were great in getting my car serviced and ready to go. Mike also did a wonderful job explaining exactly what was happening to my car and what was wrong with it. It was very helpful particularly when it comes to future planning! Tom's Automotive is simply awesome! Mike, Sam, Brianna are professional, responsive and great listeners. They are very patient and informative with no pressure or up charges. Fun to work with, treat you like family. The work they do is very thorough and done at a fair price. I was towed there after a belt blew apart a year ago on AAA recommendation. They have become my go to automotive needs establishment.

Very convenient hours and drop off pick up times which is very important for me. Also, I like that they don’t try to overcharge you if your car doesn’t require replacement which you think it needs, they will explain to you and do necessary repairs, not just replace as much as they can and then charge you for this. I will definitely come back .

Have never been to Tom's before, but I am now a customer for life!! Brianna was SO kind, she found me a cheaper part, so she saved me over $200 from original quote!! Who does that!? Most places, whether they find a cheaper part or not, will stick to original quote....Brianna is so pleasant..this place has been in business for years!! There's a reason for that...they're awesome! Gonna tell everyone I know, even ppl. i don't lol
Nm my car is running better than it did when I purchased 6 yrs ago!!! I'm hooked on Tom's Automotive

I never went back after my first time because I didnt find Pat to be very friendly or customer service oriented. But I couldn't find a good time slot anywhere else, so I tried again. MIKE is extremely friendly and helpful. He has wonderful phone etiquette and makes me feel at ease. I don't know about pricing, but they've GOT to be cheaper than the dealership, right? This will be my main service spot. Thanks TOM'S!

I went back to Tom’s with an unexpected flat tire. Mike and the guys did an excellent job matching the exact same tire for me. They were able to mount and balance my tire in less then 15 minutes for me. Thanks for the rapid help guys

I had brakes, two new tires, a defective bearing replaced, an oil change, plus a part of the undercarriage replaced that was damaged when I hit a curb. A little over fifteen hundred dollars. Far less than I expected. Also they cabbed me home so that I wouldn’t have to wait in the office. Got it done the same day. Would ten out of ten recommend

Highly recommend Tom’s automotive. They are extremely kind and very open about letting you know what’s wrong with your vehicle. Very reasonable pricing, great people and staff down at Tom’s Automotive and they do excellent work. Issues I’ve had on my car for months they have been able to fix with just 1 visit. Stop in check em out!

First time bringing my car to Tom’s for an oil change on my BMW. I showed up early for my appointment and they got me in immediately. Mike was super friendly and they were much less expensive than any other place I’ve taken my car. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for fast, honest and friendly service!
