Clocked out of work to find my tire flat with a nail in it. After calling about a dozen shops, this was the only one that could help me same day.
They got me into a bay immediately, repaired my tire and got me out within 30 minutes. The gentleman hooked me up, which he didn't have to do but I greatly appreciated it. Fast and friendly service, would recommend.

Found a nail in my tire on a Sunday. Long commute to work. Nobody I called could help me until I talked with Angel at Tire Wharehouse in Fitchburg. He squeezed me in between larger jobs and his guys repaired my tire and got me in my way with no issues. Great group of guys very nice outgoing and professional. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

Don’t go here. You make an appointment online for them to tell you they can’t do it that day. Then they tell you they are open 7 days a week and you show up Saturday morning 2 hours after their open time and no one is there. Worthless.

Always a different set of staff every time I come to the Fitchburg, MA location. Dropped off flat tire on Saturday night to pick up on Sunday. Returned Sunday and they'd forgot to perform the work. Claimed they were busy, despite no other customers present. Said 5 minutes to do it, that became 35 minutes. Will not use this location again, at least until the next set of crew.

This post is specifically for Angel. Clearly a veteran at what he does. He is always attentive, even when swamped at the shop. He has been a leader at the Gardener and Fitchburg locations. Thanks for always being a great leader, professional, and great at what you do.

Came here cause every other tire shop wouldn’t answer their phone. Angel, the manager, immediately picked up my call and offered me assistance on patching my leaking tire. It was prompt, easy, and Angel himself was professional, courteous, and kind. Definitely felt like he cared about the service he was providing, unlike other chain shops. Do yourself a favor and come here if you have any tire troubles, you won’t regret it.
