Want to give this dealer 100 stars. Service department went above and beyond on my truck. They were able to get me in and out same day "DEF doser pump", which is very dificult no matter what state you're in. Huge shoutout to the Service department. If you need help, Burt was very knowledgeable and curtious. Ask for him or any other service specalist, all were great. This dealership is a joke. They can't fix tire problems and will charge crazy money to checkit out. Oh by the way this truck is a 2022. Also they were not interested in doing a recall on it. They repaired the initial air leak problem however when we went to pick it up guess what no air. Nice job guys.

They re set my ecm and I was there for a wheel seal and I never asked them to go under the hood now I am broke down and they won't fix what they done wrong very bad place

I had 2 front wheel seals leaking stop by to get them repaired and it turn out it was something more serious and very expensive. But this guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road

This Place is the worst example of a Peterbilt Establishment that I've ever seen!!THE BBB WILL DEFINITELY BE HEARING FROM &ALL Social Media &anyone else i can WARN!! I had my truck towed there because it stopped on me last week to have it diagnosed &possibly repaired. AFter 4 hour I was told it needed a harness.Ok ,I Authorized repair. Got a call the next morning saying no harness available, but they could repair.Got a called the next day stating the harness was repaired, & it took them 15(My truck was only there 1 day) hours of labor@ $185 an hour.TOTALLING $2790 plus shop cost @ $400 & with a part that cost them $6 dollars.STAY AWAY FROM THEM &THERE SERVICE MANAGER FREDD BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!!
