I moved here not too long ago when I signed up for a monthly pass at QUICK AND CLEAN car wash (otherwise known as John Fitch)I visited regularly for the past few months and recently I had to change over my payment method. When I was trying to do so it appears that this lady manager wasn't there at the time and a very nice gentleman was trying to help me while on the phone, As he told me he'd rather change my payment then give me a new sticker which made sense. He asked me to back up while figuring it out, so I did. And waited for about 15min I waited very patiently until I gave my card over to the gentleman and was told it was all set. I then went to try to immediately access the car wash and it wouldn't work... come to find A lady pulled in where I was asked to backup of and apparently renewed my membership so there was some confusion. After the confusion was handled I went through the car wash I then a few days later (yesterday to be exact) I attempted to go through the car wash again and it was not processing. The same gentleman who was trying to help me before remembered me, Once again....asked me to back up so I did. I was in a bit of a rush and he then told me he couldn't fix it without giving me a new sticker this time and now there are many cars ahead of me.... So I went on my way and I came back today.... All of this doesn't really matter but it does moving forward. When I came back today, the manager lady was informing me that I didn't need a new sticker and that the process went through and I was just confused as I was told differently yesterday ... So I said "OK hopefully third time's the charm!" She then told me "actually it was your fault" and then and demanded me to roll up my windows as she was already spraying my car. At this point in time I really didn't want to drive through this car wash every day anymore. So after the car wash I immediately turned around and I went back to the gentleman and I said you know what I'm gonna go somewhere else and we pay for the car wash today and can you please not charge my monthly charge. The manager lady was just yelling at me over trying to talk to the gentleman because she didn't like the fact that I called her out on her bad behavior. Before I approached the gentleman about a refund ...While I was turning around she was in the back of the car wash yelling on the phone to somebody throwing her hands up and flipped a cigarette obviously she has problems bigger than I and it was projected on me. I'm gonna go somewhere else always and will give the same recommendation to others. Many other car washes around! I see they have a sign looking for a new management I wish them all the best.

The guy that wors there i don't know his name but he is there today February 7th 2022 he is the best! Pls tip him he goes beyond evey time someone is there.

I paid for a $25 wash and didn't Get anything but a basic wash when I asked to speak to someone I was given a hard time and told what I purchased was not on the prompt in witchit was do not ever go to this car wash they are horrible will be reporting to the bbb

The Two attendants were so friendly and very professional.....gave a lot of attention to our dog Bella.....always smiling...great car wash!!!!

I didn’t knew I signed up for a 25 membership monthly. Now trying to figure out how to get a refund for 2 months worth. I can’t find anywhere to cancel the membership.

Let me start by saying I have had my car wash plan for over 5 years. Never had an issue, until today. I asked the Donny, the car wash attendant to open the gate and he started yelling, and screaming profanities at me. Totally uncalled for. He was an absolute j**** Consider very carefully before you sign up for their car wash plan.

On July 9th my husband and I decided to buy the monthly membership here for $20/month. After the 1st wash, our antenna off of our Mini Cooper was ripped off by the machines. My husband goes and speaks to the man at the car wash and he told my husband that he came in WITHOUT an antenna. He did not, I have pictures of the car before and after. Also note, this was a sport antenna, so the short stubby ones but ok, my husband leaves. Afterwards, maybe 2 or 3 days, we decided not to take the chance on the car again or on our other vehicles and my husband went back to cancel. When he went there was a woman he spoke to who stated that he could bring the receipt for the new antenna and that she would try to get some money reimbursed. Ok, great. We never asked for that, we were just going to cancel the membership but hey, any money back is good money right? I order an aftermarket, cheaper than OEM, antenna (because I don't want to take advantage of anyone) and we mount it. Today, July 22nd, my husband goes back to this carwash and speaks to the woman who he spoke to before. Unbeknownst to my husband, the man that refused to help previously, IS the owner of the car wash. The owner comes out and flat out refuses to pay for anything (which we never asked for) and tell my husband "You didn't have an antenna because I say you didn't have an antenna". My Husband responds "You have a camera (he's visibly upset at this point by being called a liar ), let's see the footage." "Owner refuses and says no so my husband turns and sees a truck parked. A lovely truck covered in support for our current administration and he turns and not so lovingly tells the owner that now he understood his stance (he may have insulted his member, idk lol) to which the owner decided to call him a "SPIC". Owner then goes on a rant of how Puerto Rico belongs to the US and how we as a people do not know what we are doing. The owner is a peach. Other people behind my husband filmed it so let's hope they post it. So, in conclusion, if you go here, make sure you have an extra antenna, also, the owner is a RACIST!

I spend 20 bucks a month for unlimited washes. But I wish this car wash wood get the soap off your car.
