Metro by T-Mobile in Fitchburg has the most helpful people. The staff is great, understanding, and provides clear communication. One employee went above and beyond with dedication, knowledge, and persistence to help with activation, running the whole store with ease. They are amazing and so helpful. Customers recommend this location and appreciate the excellent work. The Framingham location is also noted as good.

This location in Fitchburg has the most helpful people I've ever dealt with at any phone store. The one in Framingham is good too.
