These people sold me a car in June it was shaking whenever I go above 50mph and the oil pan was cracked in June they was supposed to fix it but they kept making excuses for why they couldn’t long story short they never fixed anything wrong with the vehicle save yourself the headache and don’t purchase anything from the people they’re extremely dishonest…. It’s a shame to bc I had too come out of pocket for the things they guaranteed they would fix …. Shame on J&g auto sales. The one star is extremely accurate.

Great cars and staff are very friendly and accomodating. However they struggled a little bit with paying attention to detail, mainly with the paperwork portion. But great experience overall!

My son purchased a nice used Hyundai yesterday. There were several good choices at his price range. Chris was very helpful, thorough and patient to facilitate the sale and RMV registration for a first time purchaser. He is very knowledgeable about his inventory and the processes to get the car on the road. We highly recommend J and G.

these guys are not honest salesmen or willing to negotiate fair prices. they were trying to sell a civic way over market value when it had an accident and non OEM parts. while negotiating another customer came up and told us how they were promised to get their vehicle fixed of issues they had when they first got the car. it had been 2 months and instead of trying to appease him they told him he was talking sh!t and to get lost. don't waste your time.edit: first off a 2012 Honda absolutely does have OEM parts or maybe you guys are just that slow. u can check the Honda parts website and get it from any dealership or shipped. so that does not justify selling a car with aftermarket parts above its value at all. u also forget that it still has an accident. just because most used cars have an accident reported doesn't mean you get to ignore it. u still adjust the price based on the cars history and condition. the wheel well liner was missing and the car had 2 previous owners. it clearly was roughed around in esp having that accident on it. the CarGurus value doesnt matter bc that compares all other civics on CarGurus and does not take into consideration the vehicle info and history. I was asking u for a price within kbbs fair price range despite the vehicles downsides. also ur clearly lying about the other customer. he did not bring up having an accident and if it did happen why didnt u mention that at the scene? its hilarious because it's clear u hope most of your customers know nothing about vehicles. unf for u guys im an auto tech major so your lies dont work. I could have respected the decision fully to just say u wont sell a car because u can get more from it from someone else but lying is the lowest form u could go to. good job beating a dead horse ??

If I could rate this a 0 ( or negative) I would. Giving a 1 seems like an inflated lie.Do NOT even consider buying a car from them. They are dishonest and pretty up cars just enough to get them off the lot. LOOKS ARE DECEIVING! I have no idea how they get cars to pass inspection. Do not drive a car off this lot. And if reading this review and the others (wish I had!!!) isn’t enough, before considering take it to an independent mechanic (NOT theirs across the street who they obvious are in cahoots with) for thorough inspection! Making sure they do a check engine light review bc they just turn that off so it’s not on when you buy it!Do yourself a favor and drive by this lot… well unless you want to sell them your own mechanically faulty car- then these are your guys- and for that they’d get a 5 star review.

I’m a college student, and I’ve spent $2,500 of my own money on repairs for my accord since I’ve bought it. I brought it to their shop across the street 3 times for repairs, and the proper repairs were never made. Still dealing with issues on the car. They are scam artists. Do not buy from here.

The whole process was fast and seamless. I was offered a very fair price for my car at their first offer. The staff is friendly and professional, and you can trust them to be transparent and fair. I highly recommend them. You’ll get considerably more for your car here than in a dealer trade.

The staff at J&J auto sales were great to work with. They answered all my questions and concerns. They also took care of any outstanding issues I had with the car. Honestly, after several reviews I read online, I was a bit hesitant but I am glad I did not let that stop me. My Nissan was the best investment I’ve made and I am definitely going to consider them for the next car purchase!

I came in 9 months ago after a snowstorm and the manager himself was outside removing the snow from the vehicle for test drive. I was very satisfied and and ended up buying the 2013 Honda Accord. They made sure my oil changes were all set before I took the car home. The manager was very professional and The car is in good condition to this day. I highly recommend you buy your car here.

So Chris that works there was very nice but I’ve had troubles with my car since I bought it. My car stopped accelerating in the interstate which is extremely dangerous and then my check engine light came on and now my transmission is slipping… right after my warranty expired. I called them to see if they had an idea of what it was so I could get it fixed and know what I’m asking for and they didn’t answer a single call from me but answered a call right after I called no problem… with buying a car for the first time on my own through a dealership I’m very displeased
