Amazing service! Not only are the staff warm and welcoming, they know what they’re doing. I’ve had my hair and nails done here for a while and I’m never disappointed. My sister and my sister in law had them do their hair and make up for their weddings and they looked absolutely gorgeous. They’re punctual which is always appreciated and will go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. Highly recommended.

I called twice and no answer. I even physically went to the salon to try to see if I could set up an appointment. Tell me why lights were on and dorra were locked. I knocked and knocked and knocked to no avail. Yes, there were 2 cars parked outside. Not good business!

I had Vicki and her team do the hair and make-up for my large wedding party. Starting from the trial, I felt very relaxed. As someone who does not do they're hair and make-up often, Vicki went through different suggestions to create a look that I was comfortable with. It was great to feel like myself at my wedding. Everyone in my party felt great with how they looked, the team was creative and all girls had a unique look that helped their personalities shine. On the day of the wedding they arrived early and were ahead of schedule. They explained what they were doing and made sure to have enough time for lashes if the girls wanted them and touch ups before the end. They set up and cleaned up without help and it made for a fun morning to hang around with the team and my wedding party. I highly recommend Vicki and her team if you are looking for a an easy-going professional team who can cater to your personal preference.

She lifted my roots lighter than what she lifted my ends, she did my ends first so she could see what level it was she shouldnt have left the bleach on my roots so long but I didnt get the impression she cared there was no attentiveness. Grains of bleach were falling down from drying hairline..(I put on goggles I brought.. there was a whole bunch of dust that would have fallen on my eyelashes). How she did the ends..strips of bleached hair drying out not covered with foil..in reply to owners reply: so what if she does the ends first..why not cover those ends with foil put a cap on and apply some heat..since you say its harder to lift?..it was cold drying flaking.. while she ate doritoes and the other lady complaining about moving for solid hours.., bangs all choppy..4.5 hours later...I have orange hair with yellow roots toned differently at the roots than the ends so it accents the difference more so my roots are cool and my ends are warm. And since they toned my roots separately why didnt they bring my roots down a level to be darker? Cuz noone cared to use their brains.I know Cost Cutters would have done better. Cost cutters themselves said they dont bleach using developer above 10 volume cuz its too harsh so me suggesting that was just keeping you at Cost Cutters standards.Manager complaining about her moving situation the whole time, profusely freaking out acting like someone died and everyone needed to calm her down (had to move out by Jan 1st and into new one no earlier than Jan 1st) I should have charged for therapy then with some folks she put on a happy face but not me apparently Im not a paying customer...got my bangs and bottom of my hair trimmed for split ends, no layering, no styling just a straight line, I was charged for a full haircut..after they blunder my hair...and I gave a 10 percent tip (not 15) STILL cuz Im a nice person ..never again.

We booked Hey Good Lookin’ for our wedding for hair and makeup and could not have been happier!! Incredible work done by all, and they make you look beautiful while also still looking like you. Vicki is absolutely amazing and was such a pleasure to work with and chat with. Thank you all!!
