Booked a car weeks in advance and when I got to Hertz there were no cars available with one guy waiting for a car to come in for his reservation. This location needs inventory!!

I’m so unhappy, and never will go to this location again. I ordered online a vehicle, your basic automatic cheapest vehicle. I had to get my car repaired and my daughter had to go to work. Got there to receive an electric vehicle that I did Not ask for and Man said I did! I said no I didn’t. I’m not gonna play around with. He said she said no yes no. I would never rent an electric vehicle when I never owned one. There was an option for an electric vehicle and I did NOT click that but the guy there says this is the only car we have. With that be said the closest point is in Marlboro way out of my way. The man or manager no sense of humor, lacks empathy and knowledge of all sorts , I haven’t even driven the car because I don’t even know how to charge it and was late two days at work because the guy couldn’t just give me a regular car a normal vehicle with gas. I will be returning this early and I’m not charging it! You can’t even get a Human customer service rep To answer a phone or call back! So needless to say, I will never rent from this company ever again in general never mind the location. I will stick with enterprise! Also, in my bro, the same vehicle that I thought I was getting was $20 cheaper and I have AAA plus did not get a discount! Noticed the reviews the owner says the same exact thing to everybody. I am disputing my credit card because if I see any linger in charges on there, they’re going to have a lawsuit from me. Just so unhappy with them and I’m one that loves to give reviews and I’ve havent given a bad review in many many years. But the lack of communication with the company the day after I receive the vehicle is what led to this bad review. Please people do your research just trying to help you and look at other rental car companies and under no circumstance should you do this online go to the location.

This is a very disorganized place. The cars are not handed to you with full gas. They have you wait as they clean the car. The staff each say one thing about rental times and pricing. Not a good place to rent a car.

I had a bit of a hiccup, returning my rental that originated in Fitchburg. The new management at hertz in Fitchburg, not only detected the failure of the Wilmington, NC, failing to close the rental correctly but also followed up with me. He stayed on the phone with me while he rectified things on the other end of my trip. He also advocated that they do something for me to make up for the failure. He is top notch and I will definitely do business over there in Fitchburg Hertz again. I would give 6 but 5 is the maximum for stars.

Gave the make model of the vehicle in which I rented and gave my person information without my consent such as address full name and phone number.
Criminal charges still pending in regards to this organized crime syndicate

Wow... there's really no other way to describe my experience with the staff at the Whalom St. Hertz other than SUPREB! This is exactly what customer service is supposed to be. Everything from the vibe to the professionalism was 6 stars! If I had to pick one thing it would be the staff. They legitimately make you feel like they are some sort of high class entourage! It was just a really great and refreshing experience

I have nothing good to say about hertz rental from beginning to end with there services and the vehicle's they have rented to me and my family, We still haven't gotten our deposit back and it's been almost a month ? the worst part is we was involved in an accident and that's why we got the rental through our insurance company like we're not going through enough already. I wouldn't recommend anyone from going to Hertz Rental in Fitchburg, Massachusetts Horrible Experience

Be careful! Take reservations days before, then don’t have the car. Honestly looks like a front. Hertz corporate doesn’t do anything to help, leaving you stranded. Oh, they will help make a new reservation that costs more than twice the original.
