The pharmacy here is a joke. Change hours to 7 to hinder the countless workers whomedon't get out of work till that time. Show up at 6:58 and was told I could not be helped because they close at 7. Are we here to help people??? Not here. Go to a more caring pharmacy. This one definitely doesn't.

The pharmacy at this location is not only condensing, but they're also extremely rude. They only said that boosters are no longer free without insurance because of the government. (Which two other stores said is incorrect, by the way.) The CVS website at this time currently states that the boosters are also still free.

Very slow service getting a flu shot. Had an appointment via the CVS web site, arrived on time, checked in, but had to wait 20 minutes before getting the shot. From now on I'll try other CVS stores the city or surrounding cities/towns.

If you can't treat people decent don't work in a client facing job!!!! Aka the pharmacy.

There is seriously something wrong with Pharmacist Sherri Jackson. Not only is she rude and condescending to customers, several technicians at the pharmacy have told me she is extremely difficult to work with. Not sure why she wants to work at CVS if she can't deal with people. Her response to any criticism is to hang up on you and to blame the customer. She has a skewed perception of the circumstances. She is the only person I have ever had an issue with at the pharmacy. Extremely unprofessional. On a more pleasant note, the pharmacist, Vicky, is extremely kind and helpful. I never feel disparaged when she is working. Vicky is a 5 ⭐️ pharmacist!!!

The worst place in Fitch to get your prescriptions from, they made me wait 30min without processing my request, until I get up again and talk to them and said that I’ve been waiting long enough, then they proceeded my prescription , so I have to wait another 30 min or so ….of course I’ll switch to another place. Also one of the stuff was so rude talking to me ….

The store itself is great. But the pharmacy is just horrible rude employees. They keep you on hold forever then pick the phone up and hang it up. Never have your medication always have to order it. I had to have certain meds transfer out of that store because insulin is my life line. An to have to wait for it to be ordered iwas just ridiculous. The manager shouldn't be a manager. You try to talk to her and she doesn't do what she says she will do like returning a phone when she says

I went to the CVS about 1:25 o'clock on Tuesday January 3rd 2023. I waited behind this nice lady for like 5 minutes while they took her care of her. When it was my turn the clerk said that they were closed at 1:2530. I asked her why they couldn't just take care of me since I waited she didn't even look at me and said they were closed . I talked to the store manager in the front about that and she said the computers go down at 1:30. I worked in the computer field for 30 years. Humans shut down computers not clocks. This store is on Main St. Moving my scripts to Wal-Mart.

Was in town for Thanksgiving. Ended up needing some cold and flu medicine. This location seemed to have everything you need and well stocked.

My treatment here has been pretty good over the Summer, and this place is right by my house so my husband and me were pretty pleased. This got downright disturbing this September when I had surgery. All my prescriptions started coming in late. I would look online and they would say they were filled which I was told means "ordered" but for several days in a row I would go down or my husband would go down and absolutely no meds were ready. They would always say "Sorry didn't come" despite my getting a text saying things were ready. The WORSE case was a prescription for Tylenol which they blanketly refused to fill for nearly a week, and told me to buy it over the counter. I tried to just explain that I have a feeding tube and the over the counter elixirs were full of sugars that would gum up the tube because they were intended to be drank by kids so they have to taste good. The pharmacist goes "Oh. Try again then I guess." And trying again was a NIGHTMARE. FOR DAYS. Over a *bottle of Tylenol.* Because they didn't want me to have it. My doctor had proof that she ::changed:: his prescription to say "IV Tylenol" at one point just so she could deny it and let me suffer. Nice. My doctor *did* prescribe a controlled substance to treat my pain. As I said, I had major abdominal surgery. Well, after it got used up I called him for a refill. No problem. She told me she ordered it but then she told me I couldn't get it the day I showed up and it was supposed to be ready. She then tried to bargain with me over how much meds she would give me "Oh, you won't even need this!" She told me. How does she know? She doesn't even know what I had done. I'm still struggling a lot to move around and my pharmacy can't even get me a bottle of *Tylenol* for my feeding tube. The less rest I get, the longer healing takes. Anyway, I only asked for one lousy refill, which my Dr. Didn't seem to think was so excessive or anything. Before she started grilling my husband over things like "Will she need this long term??" (No, just long enough to heal from my surgery, good grief!) maybe she could just do her job? My husband is starting to have trouble too with getting his diabetes medicine to show up on time. And it really all started because I needed a special type of Tylenol for my Feeding tube. Don't go to this branch. They're absolutely terrible. My husband tried talking to the pharmacist to smooth things over and see if we could fix whatever was going on but they're just so uncaring. You won't get anything as promised and if you need anything that's at all reasonable (like Tylenol) they get mad that you don't just buy a version that won't work for you.
