I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler 5 weeks ago and it is in the shop for the fifth time. Seems to me the real issue is not being fixed and they are just putting bandaids on the problem. I love the Jeep and just want it to run right but we cannot seem to come to a solution with it. Very frustrating paying for a car and not being able to use it. The below video is picking it up the fourth time and 5 min into my drive it sounded and felt like it was going to fall apart. Back in for the fifth time in as many weeks… let’s see if the real problem is fixed!!

Brought in my Silverado during a snow event without an appointment for a failed starter. They took me right in and did the job right away to get me down the road to plow. I bought a Suburban years ago here too, which was also a good experience.

Averill House Vineyard needed a truck for the winery and Jeff and the Colonial crew put together a great value. Dropped it off for the first oil change and Eduardo and the Service team got us in and out quickly.
