Josh and the entire crew were Great from the beginning to the end of the entire process. I had alot of questions and they were Always answered courtoeusly and I was never made to feel like I was asking too much. They were Very efficient, sent regular updates and the job was even finished ahead of schedule. I was Very happy and will bring my business there again.

Carstar is so professional. My car was pretty banged up and they had it for a little over a week and now it looks like NOTHING happened. Car is flawless again. They will be the only place i trust with any of my vehicles i am highly impressed!!

These guys are amazing. They make the process seamless and go above and beyond. Corey helped me look at the damage minutes after the shop was closed and advised me of all the options for repair. I am very satisfied with the result.

Carstar deserves 5 stars for their prompt and attentive service. Very efficient with delivery of paperwork and making sure everything is coordinated with rental car agency and insurance company. In addition the car repair looked factory new!!

Do yourself a favor and find a different shop! I took my car here after a minor accident. When I got my car back I found many broken tabs, misaligned panels, loose parts, new scratches that was not there before they received the car- total shoddy work as well as replacing perfectly fine OEM parts with junk aftermarket parts so they could make more markup!! I sent the car back after voicing concerns to them, car came back with more damage!! I have since had to send my car to another shop to undo all the damage this place caused. I am very disappointed I trusted this place with my vehicle. My car will never be the same as it was before they touched it.

I needed my door realigned and a paint touch up. The repairs were affordable and I'm grateful for how everything went. They were pleasant and friendly to work with also. I couldn't be more pleased with the repairs they made to my car. Highly recommend!

2nd time carstar worked their like magic , on my car and at the front desk , the 1st person you make contact with is JEN. She is Spot on everytime with my vehicle The setup once a week call to see the progress on your vehicle worked for me thanx Jen. The work on my rear bumper was good .
