“I had a bit of a hiccup, returning my rental that originated in Fitchburg. The new management at hertz in Fitchburg, not only detected the failure of the Wilmington, NC, failing to close the rental correctly but also followed up with me. He stayed on the phone with me while he rectified things on the other end of my trip. He also advocated that they do something for me to make up for the failure. He is top notch and I will definitely do business over there in Fitchburg Hertz again. I would give 6 but 5 is the maximum for stars.”
