Usually very helpful and well stocked. Make sure to check prices against the competition on individual items, as some items are well priced and others not so much.

I think the store in Leominster has a standard if you don't fit their standard they make you wait some of them people are a little biased here I don't know how else to put it but if you don't fit in you don't belong there as far as I'm concerned that's how I felt on how I was treated

Great service! Changed my headlight lightbulb. Old one so stuck could not get it out. They were happy to help and so so with kindness and a smile. The man inside Jim was awesome as was his coworker Michael. Kudos to you both. Thank you again. Caring and kindness still exists in this world. More than we see get published or commented on.

The girls in there don’t even know how to change a battery! Go next door to Jiffy lube they do a really good job! Save you time and you won’t get attitude from the staff!

The worst customer service and they extra charge me for giving me the wrong part, almost lost my family and my car...not giving me a discount at all for there problem mistake did on there part.

The lady was helpful looking up a number for a lightbulb, but they did not have it in stock. The place looked pretty clean, neat and organized.
