They call and tell me that I was all set to get a car. 2 hrs later. They tell someone put a deposit on it. When I was coming next day to buy. Then sends me pics of another mustang that was for sale privately. That I found for 5g or best offer. And they were probably going to charge me 8. Scam artist wouldn't buy a pencil from them

While Steven was nice enough to deal with, the truck I purchased from him has been a nightmare. The day I drove it home I went and registered it. The next day I had a scheduled inspection. It failed miserably for rot around the gas tank and frame and leaking rear wheel cylinders. I contacted A&A, Steven had me bring it back down to him, he brought it to a mechanic, only for me to pick it up 2 weeks later to be told at the second round of inspection that bondo was used and it still wouldn’t pass. I live an hour and a half away in NH. I contacted Steven who apologized and left it at that. $1600 later to get the frame welded, $340 for the rear wheel cylinders, $313 for the driver side window (which stopped working a week after inspection) and now its back at the mechanic because the transmission fluid line cracked, leaked all down my driveway, and it needed to be towed. The estimate for that comes tomorrow. I contacted Steven about the frame, to which I never received a response. Just so unfortunate. Save yourself the time and headache and go to a legit dealership where they take responsibility and have a conscious.

I needed a car for my one of my son's. I went to Platinum Auto Sales on a recommendation of one of my own customers. They raved about the experience they had with Larry (owner) and his wife Melissa. Larry was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and spent the time to listen to my needs. If your are use to pushy car salesmen you wont find that here. I would give you guys 10 STARS if Yelp would allow it. A great family owned, HONEST and fair priced establishment!!!! Thank you Larry & Melissa my son loves his car!!!

My son totaled the car that he shares with my daughter. I was glad that he was ok, but we still needed a car. I had my son research where to get a car (indicating that he would be responsible for half the cost). He found Platinum auto sales. We test drove half of their cars. The service was super friendly (no pressure). They took the time to teach us what to look for in a used car, and we ultimately drove off in a Volvo S80 for under 5k. A lot of stress was relieved and the folks at Platinum Auto are to thank. 3 months later and the car still runs like new!
