“I had purchased my brand new Ram 1500 limited and had it for 3 months. Well someone (luckily, he left me a note) backed into my truck and needed to have my truck fixed. I called the shop and met Al Keinath that day. I showed him the damage and he said he would schedule the work when he was ready to take me in.
