Have forgotten to fill my prescription on multiple occasions after electronically refilling them. Today when I handed a card for a specific allergy medicine, they gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for but didn’t I realize until opening it because I would like to assume that when my pharmacist is handed specific details of medication, they give me the correct medication. This could cause severe problems if it were to happen with others depending on medication, especially with elderly who may not realize at all. I was heistant to ever leave a review before because it not being ready when I pick up was annoying b it could fixed in mere hours, but this was frustrating because I was told no refund could be given for the wrong medication and so I spent double the initial hefty price tag.

Clean, bright & well stocked. Lovely woman helped me at check out. I went specifically for 1 item that I checked online first to make sure they had in stock. When I took it to the check out, the woman clerk could not ring it up, she had to take it in back to ask someone what the problem was. Unbelievably (to both of us), even though it was on the shelf with several other boxes of same product, “it could not be sold”.

Thieves sold fraudulent gift cards that are defective. Visa said the retailer needs to refund money and the retailer is Walgreens. Two $500 gift cards plus cost of purchase brings the sale to over a $1000. Think that's criminal we'll see as I'm talking to us attorney general because Walgreens has stolen hundreds of thousands from customers. I'm by far not the only one Walgreens has stolen from I have also seen that a couple of states suing them just for this reason and yet they continue to sell us fraudulent cards and their negligence is quite apparent as to them being complicit with their inaction to protect their customers. I myself will be filing a lawsuit against Walgreens Falmouth for the worthless piece of plastic they themselves sold me knowing that there's a very good chance I'd never see my money again. I encourage anyone being robbed by Walgreens anywhere in the United States to file a lawsuit. They refuse to take responsibility for stealing our money and they are profiting from this crime. Walgreens is complicit with this scam and know it's going on and yet they still selling the items. This inaction makes them responsible. They took our money not visa!!!!

Purchased visa prepaid vanilla gift cards for $740 and they don't work. Called card issuer and they said nothing they can do and that I need to get refund from Walgreens. Walgreens refuses to refund money and now I'm out $700 !!!. Visa and or Walgreens are allowed to fleece their customers. Going to look into small claims because this is fraudulent business practices. Theft as they took my money and didn't provide anything in return! I went online and it seems like thousands of people have been ripped off possibly millions by vanilla visa prepaid gift cards and this goes back many years. It's Walgreens responsibility to not do business with fraud companies yet they put product out allowing their customers to be robbed!

Kudos to Walgreen's representative Tanya at the Falmouth, MA store. I had a small issue that required attention and she couldn't not have been more caring and helpful. Her pleasant personality and take charge attitude resolved the matter in minutes and I am a happy customer. It's devoted employees like Tanya that give Walgreen's a great reputation! Thank you Tanya, I will be doing a lot of shopping at the Falmouth store when I am in the area. Great job well done!

Super friendly staff, so I want to be clear that this is a review of Walgreens Corp, not the store employees. The pharmacy is SEVERELY understaffed, which leads to absurd wait times, being on hold for literally an hour only to have the call hung up on when trying to sort on new prescriptions, and extreme delays on filling prescriptions (I’m currently 2 weeks overdue on a prescription I typically need to take EVERY DAY). Really would be good to see Walgreens Corp staff this store properly, particularly with summer tourist traffic. I hate to say it, but you should be mindful when deciding if you want to use this pharmacy.

I could tolerate the rude, frazzled employees in the pharmacy, but not the prices. I was having several rx moved here. They wanted $400 to over $1200 each rx ($4,000 for the batch) for prescriptions I can fill at Walmart, Osco or CVS for under $20 and under $100 collectively!

Pharmacy is closed on Dec 30, 2021, when it is supposed to open until 8 pm. No notification on website. Not consistent with the working hour shown in the store. Just a closed sign displayed on the window. Unprofessional.
