  I needed to send a fax to my doctor. Your employee, Andrew, was very helpful retrieving the information from an email on my phone, and faxing it to my doctor's office. He was kind, he listened, and his customer service was excellent. Thank you UPS!

  I had a pretty difficult pack and ship to take care of. Andrew at the front desk made the process very simple and painless. Great service.
