Getting prescriptions filled as an out-of-towner could have been a nightmare but the staff at the Falmouth Stop & Shop made it easy, completely seamless and they were friendly through the whole process. Thanks to all!

Sorry... This is for the store.... Poor customer service, almost rude.Freezers were half empty, lights turned completely off!! 10 minutes before closing time.... Needless to say it was VERY difficult to navigate the store.

#stopandshop I will never shop here again. I just went to the bathroom at stop and shop while shopping... An employee walked in and also used the restroom....with plastic gloves on. He walked up the the urinal and took a piss....with his gloves on... I decided to follow him as he didnt remove the gloves... He walked back to the butcher shop and proceeded to fill orders with the same gloves on. I confronted him about it and he got mad and put new gloves on. Nasty.

Pretty bad customer service. I asked the cashier for a bonus card when I was checking out & was told in highly Russian accented English that "I did not need one." Considering the fact that I wanted to keep track of my purchases for gas rewards & was going to be in town for awhile as we were buying a house I definitely did need one. There is no need for the staff to start arguments with the customers, just do as you are asked. I know that Stop & Shop/Giant has a reputation for bad customer service, but there is still no excuse for it.

Great experience every time I come to grocery shop. My only qualm is the deli kiosk pick-up area. It’s stored in a cooler that’s advertising and selling Coke soft drinks and water. I had to take a ticket and wait to speak with someone to ask where my order was. I recommend setting up an individual cooler for kiosk orders or at least put up a notice saying that they’re inside. Otherwise it was another excellent shopping experience!

My experience at the Teaticket stop and shop with my family was unpleasant. We spend a lot of money at this stop and shop and are here often. We are a family of five. With my youngest in a stroller and a cart full of groceries. The " manager" Brian refused to help bag after asking for assistance saying " I don't have to bag for you." If I could no stars I would.

Okay. Bad again. The whole back of the store was stinky. The seafood counter and the butcher shop area. Also I had trouble finding things I wanted. The aisles were full of skids Again today. I asked if the coupon had been taken on my corned beef. Oh yes she said. It wasn't. Too busy and wet to go back. Have to watch them.

Meat manager has zero customer service skills. Could not be bothered to help me find an item. Could not be bothered to find another employee who might help me. Useless. Perhaps it's close to retirement time. Not going back.

Horrible rude experience with cashier. Would not check us out until she was finished flirting with patron ahead of us, would not say hello, mean mugged us the entire time, would not move our groceries down the belt for the attendant to bag. We asked how much the water was and she replied "you can find it for yourself on the screen" HORRIBLE customer service!! It was slow and behavior like this nothing else less than insulting. Paid 100+ dollars for a few bags of groceries & she made it seem as if she was doing US a favor checking us out. Get it together!!

Surprisingly understaffed cash registers and deli at all times. This store is really cutting corners on customer service. Also, the trend of replacing popular brand items with Stop & Shop brand only items is what really has me doing my large weekly shoppings at Shaws, Market Basket, and Roche Bros. instead.

Stop & Shop in Mashpee continues to amaze me that no matter who you speak to in the store; nothing changes. Aside from the entrance is always dirty; the employees dress like they just got out of bed. The employees spend more time on their cell phones than working! What a difference shopping at Roche Bros.; Shaws; Whole foods; Market Basket and Trader Joes where the employees look presentable and can answer a question. PLUS the prices at Stop & Shop are higher!
