It was clear immediately why he was the store manager because he had a great handle on everything and amazing customer service, 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you again Marty for turning a time crunched stressful experience into me leaving with a huge smile on my face.”

“Highly recommend Cape Cod Pack & Ship. I’ve been a townie here and I cannot believe today was my first time in the store! I was shipping legal documents that I needed packaged. Due to the type of documents I could not leave until the box was sealed.Andrew was super professional and even though I knew I was not next in line to get my items packaged he quickly accommodated me. I was truly not expecting this and was prepared to sit and wait. I watched Andrew converse with three other customers while I was in the shop—customer service, in my opinion, is a dying art. “We had a large number of Certified Mail envelopes to be processed on a Saturday morning, where the Teaticket location was only open for 3 hours; we hadn’t had an opportunity to make pre-arrangements for the lengthy processing time involved. The envelopes were processed willingly and efficiently, while the staff member was able to multi-task, handing out mail to regulars on a first-name basis, and handling other routine transactions. Very impressive! This will be our go-to Falmouth post office in the future!”

Not only did he do the box that had gone missing going towards East Falmouth he even did the box search report for one going to Dallas for me. Excellent customer service!
