Had what i wanted - and if they didnt they were able to ship it to my house for free. Bird cages were clean. Also - there is a sweet bird there. Someone please adopt him!

They never have my dogs food in stock I have to go to PetSmart in order to get my dogs food,I prefer Petco but they just never have what I need in stock in my town

I have shopped there frequently in the past for pet supplies and have always been satisfied. Last week I visited the fish department to check out the koi.the first thing I noticed was a large puddle of water on the floor. No employees were anywhere to be seen. An entire wall of tanks was dark. The tanks that were illuminated had a large number of obviously sick fish. I quickly left. I wouldn't recommend buying any fish there.

This store is great! They carry all kinds of pet food, and there are tons of treat choices. The staff is friendly and helpful.

WE WERE SO EXCITED & WANTED TO GET OUR DOGS PICS WITH SANTA...NEEDLESS TO SAY SANTA WAS A STORE EMPLOYEE THAT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE A SANTA SHOULD. THEY NEVER EVEN TRY TO HIRE
A HALF WAY DECENT SANTA!!! SO UNFORTUNATELY WE DID NOT TAKE ANY PICS AS WE JUST LEFT! HOW EMBARRASSING, SUCH A WASTE OF TIME & EXTREMELY ANNOYING!! DO BETTER PETCO!!!

I usually buy things for my dog, but I decided to take a look at the fish, and was instantly appalled. So many dead fish in the filters, the tanks were disgusting, they look rundown and not taken care of at all. This was the worst I have ever seen the store. I would love to share photos of my experience because I was ready to call someone in animal welfare. This is completely unacceptable especially for a company that speaks volumes on how important animal welfare is.

It's okay. They don't take their old sale signs down when there suppose to and won't let you buy it for the sale price there advertising it for because the sale was over. I only shop there when I have no other choice.
