I woke up at 5 am to get my family ready. I fought over an hour of traffic and wasted an entire morning of the five my family was on Cape. Our charter was canceled, but the more lucrative one was not. No one bothered to call and we were treated as an inconvenience for even asking about our charter. They did claim they called but neither registered phone number registered a call. They refused to take responsibility for their negligence and would not acknowledge that they dropped the ball. All we we received was an, "aww shucks, sorry we forgot to inform you, not our problem." Don't bother booking a small charter. You will be treated with disdain. The absolute contempt I was treated to took my breath away.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would, this is a trip I will never forget for being the absolute worst. I’ve been fishing for the better part of 15 years and this was just a mockery of fishing. To have a trip that is 5 hrs and maybe get to hold a fishing rod for 20 minutes and that’s being generous. 10 clients on board and only 2 rods out trolling for striped bass. Complete waste of time and money will never recommend this boat to anyone.

What a great day of fishing! The crew were so helpful putting bait on, taking fish off and resetting lines. If you aren’t a “fisher”, this is the trip for you. There were all levels of people on the boat so it was a great way to meet people and see all kinds of fish including dogfish sharks! Highly recommend this trip. Seas were not rough either!

Great trip. The captain and mate were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Great 5 hour deep sea fishing trip. My husband and I would definitely go again and highly recommend them . This is a smaller boat with a 10 person limit.

This is the best fishing I do when on the cape. I've been going on this exact same boat since I was a kid and it's barely changed. Great captain that gets you right on the fish and helpful mates for when you're tangled up. Bring cash if you want them to filet your catch on the way back to the harbor. Highly recommend the trip.

We look forward to several outings, especially over the winter, each year for many years now. We recently had yet another (of many) amazing adventures on the Patriot fishing (mostly catching) sea bass. The Captain and crew are outstanding making our time on the water a fun-filled day. Strongly recommend 6-hr trip as you'll have an extraordinary experience (well worth low cost for ticket on board, fish filleted, caring Capt/crew, and safe travel to/from dock).

Captain Adam and his mate Alex were most accommodating, communicated and were helpful in answering questions and untangling lines etc. Considering our cold rainy day they worked hard and tried their best to find where the fish were biting. Thank you Captain Adam and Alex for taking care of us on this cold rainy morning. When we return to Cape Cod we will surely book again with Patriot Party boats and hope for sunshine and more fish!

Good 6 hour Tog trip on 11/4. Fishing was decent, weather was mild and Alex (the mate) was spot on. He hustled, kept things upbeat and moving seamlessly. They max the number of fishermen to 20 for this trip, so there was plenty of room for all, with very few tangles. Tog were found on rock piles close to shore. The ride to fish was short which gave us plenty of time to keep our lines in the water. Lots of live crabs given as bait, too.

Had a great time bottom fishing. Alex the mate was very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. This was my nephews first time on a boat and they made sure he was taken care of and had some fun with him. Captain Adam made my nephews day by letting him up in the wheelhouse.Overall they did a phenomenal job and gave us an experience we will never forget.

Outstanding trip for the family. Comfortable boat, plenty of shade from hot August sun. Mate was on top of the game, helpful, friendly, multi-lingual. My kids had a ball fighting the blues - tons of meat for dinner. Wish I had done this years ago. Equipment top of the line.

Great boat, great crew, plenty of fish: perfect formula for a perfect day fishing. What's more surprising, it didn't look like that it was going to be a great day at the start.Let's start with the basics: the boat is a bit on the small size, but that's a good thing if you have novice fishermen. Captain Adam and Mate Alex were attentive to everyone, something you don't often see on the bigger party boats. The boat is clean and well maintained.The day could have been a disaster. I was with two of my grandsons. One's really into fishing, the other not so much. It was not until we were going over our gear that I realized I had failed to bring my fisherman's rod, which he frequently leaves at my house, hundreds of miles away. The second, backup pole, was "busted". Alex thoughtfully provided a rod, fully rigged. A generous cup of bait and a few towels (Ok, ok, grandpa forgot and left those in the car) were also provided, as well as (ready?) some lead for the ones grandpa left ashore.Captain Adam got us into fish, and while most were short they were long on excitement. The day was pleasant, seas moderate: a perfect formula for a family fishing event. My fisherman grandson was happy he'd gotten so many catches, but lamented the lack of keepers. I knew it was a great day when my grandson said, " Grampa, you always say they call it fishin', not catchin'. Today we were catchin', not keepin'. It was fun". A successful day fishing!
