I didn't buy anything from this store after witnessing the man behind the counter, who I assumed to be the owner, react rudely and aggressively to a customer who appeared very calm and composed. I was in line to ask a question and turned right around and walked out the door. For a small town, family owned shop, the customer service is horrendous.

Old school hardware store, great variety of items you wouldn't find elsewhere. Prices are reasonable. If you need help they are available and helpful.

A wonderful throwback to the true quality and service that our local hardware stores used to be before corporate America. The gentleman behind the counter took time to help me find what I need and made sure I understood how to use it.

I went there to buy a couple of things, one of them being fertilizer. I didn’t see what I needed so I asked the man working the register and he just said it was outback but did not seem interested in helping me. So I told him I will just get what I had in my hands and paid him. Apparently he was upset that I did not go back for the fertilizer and wouldn’t hand me my change. He just put it on the counter, looked at me and walked away. I can’t believe how childish this person is. Anyway, I have now started going to Aubuchon hardware in Pocasset and they are very helpful there.

I went there to get a couple things. I had a question about fertilizer but the worker couldn't be bothered to help me. After telling him I couldn't find it and would just get my other item he seemed perturbed. When giving me back my change he wouldn't even hand it to me. He just put it on the counter.

Very helpful!!! These guys guided me to all areas of the store and really helped me find everything i needed. At the register they even guided me on how to save some money on some of the things i had picked out. I’m a builder and have been to many hardware stores in Falmouth with not so great experience but these guys really cared.
