I guess customer services in a thing with this company. I asked my local nap as which I used all the time and are amazing. And I was told that's what I should expect when dealing with any of Is the napa of cape cod stores.

Save some time and try AutoZone or Advance. Multiple unsuccessful visits over the past few years and each time the parts were easily found by other stores; including other NAPA stores. “Try the dealer” is the most common response here.
