I believe macdougalls is not an honest and trust worthy marina repair people they are dishonest and will rake you over the coals they say they will fix something in your boat and won't they want to control who goes on your boat for repairs. the worst marina

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. If you like paying premium prices and getting terrible service, this is the place for you. Their communication is terrible, they overcharge you, and if you have the gall to question them, they act as if you are malcontent. STAY AWAY.

Contacted this yacht Yard for a warrantee work on one of our refrigerators. We were referred to them from the manufacture. I called well in advance in order to have this serviced. Initially they Said warranty work was a low priority and they could see if they could get to me. Never heard from them for a week contacted them again only to be told they could fit me in a week and a half later long after we're gone. Horrible unprofessional don't use them.
