I have been searching for a repair shop for some time that I can truly trust what is being said to me. I feel that I have found it at M&N Auto Repair. I brought my car in as it was leaning to one side, never had this happen before, and it was in need of a tuneup visit. I was going to bring it back to the dealership however was dreading this as to get an appointment takes a while and the cost is always so high. M&N was referred by the people at Town Fair Tire and I am beyond grateful. Everyone was nice, quick to respond and even put me at ease with what needed (and didn't need) to be done. I was able to drop my car off after work while they were closed due to the key drop and it was ready in the timeframe provided. In addition to the above, I left feeling like I have found a solid place to bring my car in the future. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a reliable/reasonable/and NICE group of people to trust bringing your vehicle to!

Hands down the best auto service that I have ever experienced. Fixed major damage on a Lexus GX 460 and had the interior and exterior detail done. The car has 100k miles on it and looks brand new. Thank you, Nilton!

Marcio and Nilton who own M&N AutoRepair are by far the most honest, skilled mechanics on Cape Cod. I've been having my car serviced by this wonderful pair of talented mechanics for many years. I've noticed a review by Grace M. that says that this business takes advantage of old people who don't know about cars. In my opinion, this review could not be further from the truth. I'm a Senior Woman, and I've had a number of mechanics try to overcharge me for services I absolutely did not need. There are a number of mechanics in the Falmouth MA area who will try these types of shenanigans. This has NEVER happened at M&N! They take the time to explain to me what needs to be repaired, along with less expensive alternatives and how long you can safely drive your car without any repairs at all. I cannot recommend this business highly enough, especially for those of us who have no idea about how cars work. We have a Mini that we brought in to get repaired. Not only did they research and find a recall we had no idea about, they helped us get it to a Mini Dealer to get that fixed. We so appreciated the honesty and knowledge of the owners, Marcio and Nilton... and bring our cars there to get serviced. They always give a fair price and do excellent work. The shop is extremely well maintained and spotless. They work on all different models of cars and their integrity is unparalleled!

I had my Honda fixed by these guys. I must say that do not be fooled by their lounge facade. At first, I gave my trust to the owner, he showed me the parts of my car that needed fixing. The 2nd and 3rd time I went back there, they did a crappy job and charged me hefty amount of services and supplies. I did knew they tricked me because I had my car checked by other mechanic. And the car quit running after driving a week. I think they prey on old people who does not know about cars. Save your money and avoid this repair shop at all costs. If you want to give them a try, listen carefully to what they say and if u have time, have their job checked by other mechanic to verify their honesty and credibility. This shop is dishonest.

I had two Toyota dealers tell me that I needed transmission work that was going to cost 4 to $5,000. I brought it to Nilton at M&N. They spent quite a bit of time with me figuring out the exact problem. Including several drives around to really nail the problem down. Turns out I had a loose drive shaft. They solved the problem for about $800. These guys really worked hard to get my car back on the road for a reasonable price.

These guys are incredible. I popped a tire on my rental car and had NO idea where to take it...so of course, I consulted Yelp, saw the reviews and called M&N. At 3pm M answered and told me he could have my new tire on and ready to leave for NYC the next morning by 9am. When I went in there, he quoted me a SUPER reasonable price and personally drove me back to the house where I'm staying. So grateful for the prompt, efficient, polite, friendly, trustable service. I wish these guys had a branch where I live in California ;-)

These guys are the absolute best auto shop on the Cape. They know cars, they know how to fix them properly, they're honest as the day is long and they take care of their customers. No one else is going to touch my cars!

I cannot say enough great things about them!! I have been in several times for all sorts of repairs, oil changes, etc. and each time they have gone above and beyond my expectations and the customer service is always incredible!! They have driven me to work if my car has had to be in for the day and have offered to pick me up too! If it's a quick service, then they have always made me feel right at home while I waited. Everyone who works here is so so nice and their work is always impressive, and they are altogether always professional. Definitely go here for any service or repair you need!!

I have an old diesel classic car that I drove from LA. It was fully inspected before I left. After about a month on the cape my brakes started feeling soft and I figured it needed a new master cylinder. I called ahead to make an appointment and told them what was happening and requested that they order the part ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait as I had to drive a few hours to get there. I even agreed to pay for the part even if it turned out to be something else. I arrive at my appointment and they did not order the part, then they tell me that someone contaminated my break lines with transmission fluid and it would cost 2k to replace my entire brake system. I was so upset and called my mechanic in LA, they were offended that someone would accuse them of this and suggested I get another opinion because contamination is a very careless thing to do, plus I drove the car across the country. After some research I tested the brake fluid myself, no signs of oils found. I found another mechanic, recommended by friends and thankfully closer. They confirmed that all I needed is a master cylinder and it would only cost me a few hundred dollars. I can't believe anyone would lie like this but I'm glad that I know enough to get things checked.
