A zero rating is needed for this business. Falmouth Lumber is rude and disrespectful. I have given them three different chances at my business and they've failed each time. They won't get another opportunity.

Went to Falmouth lumber for a Anderson storm door over a month ago. Someone was supposed to come out and measure. We made 4 attempts, but no one will get back to us. Poor business practice. I give them 0 star rating.

I called Falmouth lumber for a simple question and was given the run around, different phone numbers to call, and never got my question answered. The woman on the phone was not helpful and rude. I also put a request in on line for this same question and never got a reply. I don't understand why there is an option to submit a question or request and no one responds.....I ended up going to another local store in Mashpee and got fantastic service immediately...so I will go there from now on...

I came in for plywood to crate up some pictures etc. for moving. The guy that met me in the yard quized me about my needs after I asked for 1/4" and 1/2" sheets. He explained the options and pricing and we settled on the right solution for ME. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff; a pleasure to do business there.
