A Charming Stay at the Falmouth Inn
The Falmouth Inn proved to be a delightful home base for our Cape Cod adventure. Its classic New England charm instantly made us feel welcomed. The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable bedding that ensured restful nights.
We particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to provide recommendations for local dining and attractions. The complimentary breakfast offered a good start to each day, and the inn’s convenient location made exploring Falmouth and the surrounding areas a breeze.
While the inn has a classic feel, the modern amenities like comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi were a pleasant surprise. Overall, our stay at the Falmouth Inn was enjoyable, and we would happily return for another Cape Cod getaway.
Highlights:
* Friendly staff
* Comfortable accommodations
* Convenient location
* Classic New England charm

We booked this place last minute and checked in at midnight after a long drive from CT. If it had been earlier we would've changed hotels. This was the grossest, dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It smelled like stale cigarettes, out comforter had cigarette burns in it. Every layer of bedding had stains on it. And everything felt dirty. We thought we would walk away with the plague. Never again.

My wife and I stayed at the Falmouth Inn last week. We were having a short biking holiday on the Cape and celebrating our anniversary. The location and cost were good. We were able to keep our bikes in the room at night.
Located on Main Street the Inn provided easy and quick access to restaurants shops and downtown Falmouth as well as Surf Drive Beach.
The room was clean had all we needed and the King bed comfortable. The hospitality service was good the first couple days but not on day three. No clean towels. Also, I reported a broken shower fixture the morning of our second day and in spite of assurances it did not get fixed during our stay. The breakfast was poor. A few small prepackaged muffins and bagels and cereal in tubes. No fruit or eggs and the coffee was bad. We ate breakfast elsewhere every day.
Fortunately there’s a Starbucks a minute away for coffee and a good Portuguese Bakery called MaryEllens across the street for breakfast. Overall worth the stay given the cost the room the location and the cleanliness.

Worst motel I have ever checked into in my life. No proper service and pretty rundown. No towels in the bathroom, no hot water, and no parking. When I tried to get a refund, they wouldn’t allow me to. I called my bank up to stop payment and they lied to my bank that I left due to weather conditions. The weather was all good and this was noted by my bank representative and the fact I was still in the area when they said I left! Very unprofessional, no proper management, with any barely smarts.

DO NOT BOOK this Hotel !!! They are bunch of scammers . This is the most Ghetto Hotel in Falmouth Inn. They do not have any respect , Manners to speak to the Guest. If you do not want to waste your money , i suggest avoid this place at all times . They have led in the room and mildew smell coming from the rooms . The staff is horrendous, there was no parking , swimming pool was just nasty .

This is the worst Hotel I have stayed in . The owner Roshan is a liar , we tried to leave and get a refund due to no parking , no hot water , dirty motel and the most ghetto hotel . I asked for managers name and apparently they don’t give out their name . I suggest highly no one ever books this motel .
They told my bank apparently we left due to weather conditions . The weather was perfectly fine . They lie because when I spoke to the staff they said this motel never gets booked and this is the first time they had this many bookings.

This hotel is right next to Guv Fuller Field where the Falmouth Commodores, one of the 10 teams of the Cape Cod League, play. If you get a room on 2nd floor, at rear, and far end of building, you can see the field and hear some of the announcements. Really fun if you're into the baseball!
They advertise hot breakfast but should be advertised more as continental. There was some type of egg "discs" that looked very unappealing. Had a sausage which had good taste but was VERY greasy. Otherwise, there was dry cereal, muffins, make your own waffles, beverages and bananas. Not much in the way of protein. Staff kept food well stocked.
Cleaning staff was very enthusiastic to clean rooms. We re-used towels during our stay so only requested new trash can liners.
Didn't get to use the pool but it looked very nice.

Located centrally, much in walking distance. Very quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Dining room spacious. Price doubles on the weekends.
Walkability: Easy walk to other venues

Room was clean, service was great. The shower was hot, and the bed was the kind that'll make you rethink your bed at home!

The woman who checked us in at the front desk was rude and un-friendly. We got to our room which had no towels. Called the front desk and she made us come to get them. Then handed me pool towels... when I questioned here she said "we're washing all our towels right now". Mediocre experience

Stayed here in May 2024. Sheets were clean, shower was hot. Room AC, microwave & Fridge did work, room and people were all fine. To open the door, present card, wait for the green light and then either shoulder or hip your way into the room due to a latch clearance issue. Biggest issue with the hotel was the understanding that breakfast was included, which, is no lie, but the quality and service was very poor in that only one toaster and only 2 of the 4 slices toasted. No tea offered, a single waffle machine and on Sunday, no product for said waffle machine. No protein offered. At least could have had hard boiled eggs, but nothing offered, simple bread, bagel and muffin. No butter, but there was cream cheese packets. Again, room and location were good. I would recommend not offering breakfast if you can't at least do the bare minimum. Very glad there were not a lot of guests because if there was product, there would have been a long line due to the limited toaster/muffin machine.

Positives: Front desk person was lovely! Room was very clean.
Cons: I arrived early and inquired about an early check-in. Bear in mind this was off season. I was told there was a $20 PER HOUR early check-in fee. In all my years of coming to the Cape or anywhere else for that matter, I have never been charged an early check-in fee. I always politely ask if the room is ready, and if not, I go kill some time until it is. Indoor pool had a list of rules a mile long. I can understand banning glass containers, but they prohibit ANY drinks in the pool area, so no opportunity to lounge around the pool which I was really looking forward to. "Hot breakfast" was non-existent - a few pieces of stale looking white bread, some weird "bagel-esque" thing, a tiny muffin wrapped in cellophane, a waffle maker with no toppings to speak of, and cold cereal. Fortunately there was a Dunkin around the corner. The restaurant advertised on the website was closed. Very disappointed!
