Thank you for a kind response after all of the not so polite responses that have now been deleted. My husband already detailed the car for me and we did our own research on what type of gas and maintenance our new car needed as your sales person may have forgotten. I've had great car service before and also not so great. After receiving a dirty vehicle the response that is no longer posted, I and the lack of communication / information provided I don't trust your company to provide any future service to our vehicle. Thank you so much. Addendum:
You're right my HUSBAND was the purchaser who has a pretty perfect credit score and paid almost half the cost of the car up front after the bank declined the initial proposal.
There was no communication with us about a hold up with the insurance, had there been, we could of helped resolve that problem. also according to Daniel if the registry didn't f*** up, we could have the car next day, instead of telling us your runner has 48 hours. EVERY OTHER car purchase we have made the dealership has ALWAYS taken care of the registration and insurance. Thank you for allowing us to know that the car requires premium gas as the man who sold it to us did not. Unfortunately we did put some lower-level gas in the car due to the fact that we needed it right off of the lot and spent all of our money purchasing this car.
This car has not been touched on the inside since the previous owner dropped it off. (Just my opinion) The oil and fluids may have been changed but I think you forgot to put gas in the tank. There is also some headlight problem messages that never got cleared, There should be no reason a paying customer should have to take the car right off the lot to the gas station and carwash, that's some Craigslist level stuff! Nor should have to defend themselves on the internet. Maybe the right customer geared thing to do would have been to call my husband to discuss instead of getting defensive on the internet. My husband may have thought the care DROVE nice, doesn't automatically translate to a great service from your company!
Local in a pinch needing a new, used car.
While all seemed well at our initial visit here to purchase a used car, I can't say we are too satisfied with the customer service aspect of this business.
I know somethings take time and that's ok had communication been more clear about what to expect.
That communication never occurred, 1 week later we received the car we purchased for the listed price , with the gas light on and the inside dirty
(pet fur, gum wrappers and cheetos)
I wanted to believe this place was going to be our new local go to, but obviously client satisfaction is not their top priority or maybe they don't care to have any new returning clients. ?
I have never purchased a car before that needed to be detailed and filled with gas right off the lot. Buyer beware.

I have purchased several vehicles from Luis and have had all my vehicles serviced by him and his team at Falmouth Auto Center for the last 15 years.
He and his team are not only knowledgeable and professional they treat my extended family like family!
This is the reason we have all my mother ,father my brother and his wife my son also have all purchased vehicles and have them serviced by him and his team only!
Any problems or hiccups along the way he and his team go above and beyond to make more then right in my personal experience

" I can't Thank you enough for every thing Luiz and Daniel did on our new used car purchase. Every thing went real smooth, They ofert me a runner service to register my car on RMV, the car came all reviewed with fresh oil change and also they were very friendly, honest and polite. We're turists but if I move to this place one day FALMOUTH AUTO CENTER will be my "pitstop" for every thing we need on our vehicles. Thanks again guys!!!!

My daughter was in an accident and we needed someone to take a look at the damage and answer some questions. They were very happy to provide us the information we needed and were very friendly to deal with. Highly recommend and will go back again in the future if necessary.

Great service and very helpful advice from Luiz!
Had Jeep Wrangler back tire seize up on trip through the coast.
They did a whole overhaul and found 2 other serious issues with the brakes. Did all 4 brakes and repairs for the same price as the other place charged for just the back. Super efficient on timing as well, squeezed us in right before the holiday and we were able to get back on the road the next day! Highly recommend.
