Kudos to the pharmacist Megan at CVS in Falmouth Heights. She was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond everyday customer service to help me this morning.

It is a good place to get your medications, school supplies, snacks and soaps and shampoo's, etc. sometimes the prices though are A little steep though compared to other stores though!

One star is too many for them. I have been trying to get my HEARTBURN medicine for two months - to no avail. Nothing fancy, just a heartburn medicine? This is not the first, not the second, etc, problem. Bye CVS, I would better die than come back to you.

my Doctor called in a prescription a week ago. Pharmacy said it was too early to pick up... couldn't fill it until Dec 24 (Christmas Eve). I said I was going away for Xmas and could I pick it up 1 day earlier. She was very rude and said no! it was just 1 day earlier ! She made me feel like I was a criminal! Too bad CVS chains have pushed out all of our friendly neighborhood pharmacies!

just called the pharmacy to see if they carried a certain oral inhalation. person in pharmacy kept saying incorrect Rx and just said NO WE DON'T CARRY THAT! Absolutely the most rude person I have ever encountered. I will not be going to CVS Falmouth to spend my money!

There's usually a short wait in line at the pharmacy. I received my Covid shots, flu & shingles vaccines as well. Just an easy & quick procedure & barely a wait either inside the store & at the drive up. Plenty of parking, well stocked, one of the only CVS stores open 24 hrs!

I really wish I could give this cvs pharmacy no stars but unfortunately that’s not an option I came here at 1:25 there was one person in front of me and nobody behind me at all the person sticks her arm out the window tapes a sign saying they close for lunch from 130 to 2 and than asks the lady that was in front of me to wait to leave until she shuts the gate I got to the window it was still 1:28 she could of easily got my prescription and still closed for 1:30 it literally takes 2 minutes to cash out someone prescription. I could see if there was a long line of people behind me and they had to end it or they wouldn’t get their lunch but it was only me and it wasn’t even 1:30 yet extremely ignorant and unprofessional now I have to sit here for a half hour waiting for them to come back because I live so far it’s not worth leaving and coming back this place is trash if it wasn’t for one person that works here that I always have great customer service from I would NEVER come here again her name is Jessie Kelley she is amazing and always on point and friendly you guys really need to give that girl a raise and make sure she NEVER leaves because if it wasn’t for her I know for a fact there is a ton of people that would never come here again. STAY AWAY FROM THE PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS you can easily go through the review and I am not even close to the only one with a terrible experience cvs you need to do so much better training your staff because clearly they are destroying your business

Generic medicine costing 4$ they charging 120 $ asked for good rx then got it for 65$ not helping patients at all CVS not patients friendlyHow do the poor patients survive!

Just hope you don’t run into any issues. Not sure if it is incompetence or utter disdain for customers, but they definitely won’t try to help
