The best customer service around: great communication: they call when they say they will as well as call with updates before I even have to! Excellent communication: Jim explains the issues our cars are having in layman's terms (always helpful). HONEST: we began using Curtis Auto a year after moving to town (2013) after an extremely unfortunate experience with another local service provider. Jim Curtis was recommended by more than one connection upon hearing our story. We met him and his team and have never turned back ~ 8 years later and multiple vehicles later! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was in a jam and needed to get some work done on my car on short notice. Was able to get me in and fixed as promised. Walking through the shop, you can tell this guy knows what he is doing by the products he stocks and I was very impressed with how many workers he had and how busy they looked! And the price was more than fair! Clearly this is a great establishment to bring your vehicle and will be bringing him more work in the future! Thanks again!

My family and I recently moved to East Falmouth, and to be honest I was really anxious about the likelihood of finding a good honest mechanic in the area. A few friends in the area recommended Curtis automotive and now I know why. When I called they were real friendly and scheduled me in fairly quickly. I had a great experience at Curtis Automotive! I needed my exhaust fixed and David did a great job and was extremely friendly, fast , and a hard worker! He was able to fix my car while saving me a lot of money !!! He's great if you ever go there ask for David!!!

I highly recommend Curtis auto off main St cotuit. Dan took great care of my car with attention to detail in trying to locate a leak with my car. Christy's customer service was excellent as she kept me notified of all the details about what needed to be ordered an fixed etc. and they even washed it for me. Very happy with the wonderful and honest service from Curtis. I will be a forever customer.

Just a great experience. Came up from NYC for two week vacation (have a house here). Needed my air conditioning fixed. They were wonderful. Very reassuring and confident. Work was done in 2 days. High quality work. Needed a couple of extra things done and they accommodated on the fly. Highly recommended and will be back! Thank you!!

I’ve never trusted an Auto Repair Shop with my precious car before. This is the first place I’ve ever trusted wholeheartedly. Jim and his wife have been respectful, gentle, patient, and professional. All the office managing staff members communicate effectively and connectively. The guys in the shop are knowledgeable, work hard, and are equally as respectful. I’m grateful not to have to search for a mechanic. I won’t go anywhere else!! There really is nothing in the world comparable to the value of honesty. Thank you Curtis Truck & Auto owners, office managers, and mechanics. You truly don’t know how much I appreciate you! I think it more than I’ve said it. You are truly wonderful.

I don't normally listen to my mother-in-law for advice, especially on anything mechanical. I had my own "guys", you know? However, I tried this shop for the first time. I found that JIm Curtis is a very fair guy; he treated me as well as he has treated my mother-in-law. He gives you options and doesn't push you for one over the other. My bill was hefty, but it could have been more if I went to someone else who was "very aggressive". If you are looking for an honest shop owner with skilled mechanics....give Jim and his team a chance. You will not regret it.

These guys went out of there way to help me out when other bigger shops basically told me I was out of luck. Very reasonably priced and stand behind their work. Wouldn't go anywhere else
