We worked with Bill and Ava over months to learn and decide on all our window treatments for our new build. we bought several different types of treatments covering about 20+ windows. Bill and Ava are a dynamic team. Bill could write books about all things window treatments. Ava is also very knowledgeable about their products and her superpower is organization and communication. Danny (and Chris) did the installs and nothing short of perfect would be ok for them. We so appreciate the professionalism and knowledge the entire team brought to our project. We highly recommend Cape & Island draperies.

Bill of CC&I Drapery reupholstered two antique arm chairs for us: a maple rocker and a Morris chair. He did an excellent job restoring both with durable, traditional upholstery that complemented the styles of the chairs and their wood tones. Reasonable, fair pricing too. Reliably done on a reasonable schedule.

Great service. Very courteous and helpful staff. The owner, Bill knows everything there is to know about window coverings. My family has worked with them for over 20 years. Every room. Very good reupholstering services too!

We recently renovated our condo in Falmouth and needed window treatments throughout, and many of the windows were not standard sizes. We called Bill Enos (owner) as we had used him several years ago for a very small job in which he happily took care of, and this time was no different.Bill made it easy for us as he knew exactly which products made the most sense, and he was exactly right. We have no regrets. All products are Hunter Douglas and come with a lifetime warranty. I did have an issue with some stubborn wrinkles in a luminette, but Bill stood by us and made sure Hunter Douglas replaced the unit, even though it took several attempts, we are more than satisfied.We purchased four products—luminette for slider, shades for slider (with remote which is awesome), vertiglide for slider, and plantation shutters for all other windows. No drapes necessary, just a clean and beautiful look. We are completely satisfied and more importantly, we know if we ever have a problem, Bill will not avoid us . . . he gets back to us in a nano second!

They installed my Hunter-Douglas shades years ago. Recently, the shades weren't working properly and Danny came out within a fe days and fixed them. Was nice, friendly and efficient. I am very happy with their service.

My wife and I are so pleased with the product and the service, from start to finish. We are grateful for the ease of decision making when we visited the gallery and the follow through. Installation was flawless and the employees were quiet and not intrusive. We sure made the right choice with C and I Draperies and are thinking now of other applications for our house!

Do NOT use this company. They are NO good and a bunch of crooks. They came and took measurements for my new blinds (very nice people), and then I received the quote. I called to make an appointment which was set up a few days later. I showed up at the appointment (with their quote, printed) and the person (owner maybe) was no where to be found. I was told he hurt his back. OK? No one called me to reschedule. Thankfully the nice worker there helped me. I borrowed a few samples based on their quote to bring home to pick (for myself) the blind pattern for my rooms.I brought them back to the store as promised and started to write up the order. All of a sudden, the person/owner was in the store and started to say things to the nice woman helping me. He finally came over and started demanding "I can't do these blinds at that price" This is all wrong! Basically told me the quote They Did and emailed to me was now somehow wrong. WHAT??!!! He said it would be about $1,000.00 more than what their quote state . The woman who had helped me apologized. He then threw her under the bus. I stood up for her telling him to not blame he . This was NOT my fault. We were writing up the order and NOW it was going to be $1,000.00 MORE for what I chose based on their quote. He offered to take off 15%. REALLY, Gee Thanks.I chose the one because it was priced for what I could afford.He DEMANDED That If I had put down a deposit, he would have to honor the price they quoted. I said we should speak on Monday. I've never heard back. They never called. TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR QUOTES.BEWARE, THEY WILL QUOTE YOU A PRICE IN WRITING, AND THEN CHANGE THE PRICE AT THE LAST MINUTE WHEN YOU GO IN TO PLACE YOUR ORDER!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Cape and Island Draperies. Debby was extremely helpful and professional and helped us get our Applause Literise Shade repaired under warranty. The shade arrived in a timely fashion and works fine. I had called around and other establishments told me there were be no honoring the "lifetime warranty" since the shade was 12 years old. I would always Make Cape & Island my first choice when purchasing new or repairing. Very good people.

Bill Enos runs an old fashioned customer first business. He is extremely knowledgeable, gracious and is always on time. Cape and Island Drapery installed blinds in our living room and den and reupholstered six chairs. Delighted with all the work. Bill guided us from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Bill Enos of Cape and Island Draperies just completed work at our house in Falmouth. His work is impeccable. He installed blinds on huge sliding glass doors and in our den. They also reupholstered 6 chairs. All of the work was perfect! The work was done with old fashioned care. Delighted with everything and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and product!

I am a repeat customer, my clients are very discerning and exact. Bill and crew are responsive and professional. They keep appointments and complete work neatly and on time.
