I traveled across the cape to try this service center and I plan to have them service my car from now on. Work was done promptly, and I was provided with good information on what will be needed in the future, but without pressure or upselling. The staff is friendly and professional, the waiting area is clean and spacious, and the vibe is that of an unpretentious neighborhood place where you're always welcomed like returning family.

This is hands down the nicest, most communicative, most transparent, cleanest, friendliest, Auto Repair place I've ever been to. I'm so glad to have found a place to bring my car to on Cape Cod.

This was my first experience with Battles Auto Center and it was exceptionally positive. I received excellent customer service, vehicle service guidance and high quality repair. I highly recommend Battles!

We are a relatively new customer, but have had three vehicles serviced at Battles and so far, I am happy with the professionalism and work so I will give 5 stars for my first review. They don't try to upsell you services. I recently had a car in to Battles for which a dealer had previously recommended numerous expensive service items. Battles did not mention any of them despite having done a complete review of the vehicle prior to performing any work. They do this for all cars and text or email the results. I also appreciate fairly rapid response from the service personnel when I ask about status and schedule.

I like the attitude of Greg Battles who says that their main concern is to make sure that the customer is happy with the work. These are very honest people.
I just went back for some addition work and to correct a few things from the last time that weren’t quite perfect. They were great again. No charge for anything from before and gave me a huge break on anything new. They even loaned me a car to use for the day. I think they are great.

Great experience at Battles with our first service appointment. They answered all questions in advance and were ready at the appointed drop off time. Greg was even nice enough to give my father-in-law a ride home! Nice report with the service team recommendations and the work was done quickly and at a great price. Will definitely go back for all of our car service.

I brought my wife’s Mustang to Battles Auto Center to be serviced for a mechanical issue. It wouldn’t start. The technicians found a faulty fuel pump was causing the problem. While there not only was the fuel pump fixed, they found that the drain holes in the body were clogged and cleared them as well. We thought the convertible top was leaking. Thank you Greg and staff for taking care of that problem for us as well. Greg also had their detailing staff dry out an area in the car that was wet due to the clogged drains. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. We were very pleased with the service provided by Greg and the staff at Battles Auto Center. Thank you.
