Have purchased many things from this business will NEVER again. Have never had an issue until purchasing a mattress. Spent 4500 each on (2) Sterns and fosters mattress which were to be identical in style all for both less than 6 months later to be sagging, defective and horrendous causing major back issues. When this was called into the business they sent out two inspectors to evaluate the mattresses. One gentleman said that both mattresses were definitely not the same due to the way they felt in terms of feeling, support and the fact that one side has a giant sagging hole when you lay down , while the other attempted to sell a mattress home made from his store in Hyannis. This was discussed with management who then came out to inspect the main mattress with issues and surprise there’s nothing he can help with. What a monopoly, I wouldn’t buy a thing unless you want it to be a problem in 6 months and you’re stuck with defective merchandise. Awful customer service especially when you denote that your mattress does the same thing and this line just isn’t great.

Nice selection of recliners. Prices ok, no real bargains, but quality seems good. Service very good. We were able to get 2 chairs within the week as the 2 recliners we picked were already on the floor. . Large selection of " beach" themed furniture. Sales lady was exceptional ,gave us plenty of time to browse with out any pressure to buy.

Bought a mattress here that had a guarantee, spent thousands of dollars. Mattress was lumpy after 3 months of use. Tried to get it replaced & they wouldn't honor the guarantee, which covered the first year. Would never buy anything here again!

I bought a sofa in 2019 with washable cushions. I washed them for the first time this year and 3 out of 6 ripped. I asked for replacements and they agreed to replace the 3. I'm concerned about ever washing the 3 that didn't rip again and also would new ones match the 2 year old ones that have been exposed to sunlight along with the couch cover. Then they were supposed to send shipping labels for me to return the 3 they agreed too, I never received those either. This couch was 2000 dollars and I have 3 ripped cushions.

Corey was such a helpful salesman, as was Dave. We are so happy they had such great, comfortable furniture in stock. I assumed the store would be astronomically expensive and was pleasantly surprised that they had various price ranges. Excellent place and sales people. Thank u.

Barbo's in Falmouth has two American flags defaced, hanging in the window of their store. It is appalling. Shocking even. Before Trump the American flag was never desecrated like this. Now any old version of the flag is acceptable--maybe even with racist intent? That is not patriotic. It is using the flag for narrow political reasons. Get a different flag for your views Barbo's but don't deface the red, white and blue!

Just a really great local furniture store on the Cape. I love coming in here - rooms of ideas. High quality furniture. More of that traditional and transitional Cape style..works very well for the homes in this area. The staff are all class acts. I'm a huge fan. I love supporting a well run local business!! I can see why they have stood the test of time.
