“I have been without a refrigerator for six weeks only because the first delivery was unsuccessful due to that I have an old house and we needed to figure out how to get it in because of my “small” door frames. But anyway, Crane Appliance’s Sales Lady Janeille was fantastic and patient with me with all my questions and concerns over the last few weeks. The Delivery guys on the first attempt were also so nice and personable…. which brings us to today … the Delivery guys were also incredible, especially that they had to deal with my old refrigerator that had been sitting for 6 weeks. ?. They claimed they have seen worse ??♀️. Even though my son removed the storm door and main door through our other entrance to help delivery easier, the old refrigerator and new both had to have the doors removed to get out and in. Needless to say, it’s been a long six weeks without a refrigerator without any fault to CRANE APPLIANCE. I highly recommend them. Extremely professional all around…. Amen”
